Waited in line with cars nearly out to the street. Decided to leave and when we got to the drive thru, no cars at all. Look inside and a bunch of kids laughing and cutting up. Honked the horn several times before they would even look. Asked for the manager and they asked why? Told them they had a line all the way out to the road and they freaked. Never did get to speak with the manager. Could see what looked like the manager kicked back in the office through the window. Lack of leadership here big time.
Got a 6pc nugget kids meal, only got 5 nuggets. Fries were hard and cold, didn't get all of the kids meal. My fries were the same way as my daughters, my burger was literally thrown into the box, the boy in the drive thru 1st window was trying to get girls numbers in the cars, the girl handing the food out at the second window didn't give out straws or napkins, because she was too busy trying flirt with one of the boys working. We sat in line for 30 mins waiting and the employees in the drive thru are why.
Stop hiring the immature preteen..I just kedt there an they could even get a happy meal together...they left out the apples...one of the boys said they get apples an the girl at the widow argued at him saying no they dont..but yes we was suppose to..this is happening way to much lately. It's sad really..?
My only pet peave is i wish the fries were fresh and hot. I hate to get cold or kinda warm fries. And alot of the times they add way to much salt. Drive through isnt so bad. Can be better. Think the ladies cant multi task to well so its a lil wait. Other than that keep the bugers comming.
Oh you want me share with you experience? Well, we went inside cause drive thru was taking forever. Inside went really fast. My issue lays when I get home(mind you I live 5 minutes away from the store) everything we ordered was cold to Luke warm. My daughter's big Mac had a hair in her top. Ok before you say it was hers she's got pink/purple/blonde hair.
Took me forever to order as this place did not even look to see if anyone needed to order food.They care more on drive-through and door dash, than there come in customers.It Took 15 mins to order 20 to get my food.Then they got it wrong 2 times.They took a total of 58 mins after ordering to get it right.This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.They screwed up almost every order at drive-thru as guy way steady run out food.Do not come here ever.Its the worst.
There was a misunderstanding with my curbside over but the staff here is wonderful. The manager was great at handling. They more than fixed the problem. Thanks guys! You're great!
This place has come a long way on the quality of food they sell i believe enough complaints have finally provoked one of the bigger managers into corrective action. That has had a major impact.- Great Job. Now if we can only get the drive-thru team on point with their curb side and phone app service .
It was good I went around like 11pm the day after Christmas and I was able to dine in with no wait time and clean seating areas.
Went to this location 2 times in 2 days and both times the order was messed up. The just printed so lightly you couldn't even read it. They gave me a hard time on the missing items.
