The three workers there did not know how to do there jobs. I ordered pizza and had a coupon and they would not accept it. I asked them to call their manager about this issue and when they did the manager said he did not want to accept the coupon. I then called another Marcos and they said they would accept the coupon because it was a company wide coupon and they were not allowed to decline in. I then asked for my money back and the workers did not know how to give me my money back. The manager also had no idea how to get me my money back and told me to call my bank. I had to call my bank and figure it out because the workers there had no idea how to do their jobs. I would never go back there. What’s the point of coupons if they feel they don’t need to accept them. The workers had no idea what they were doing and the manager decided he didn’t wanna follow company rules.
Pizza here is very good, the guy who had my offer also very nice.
I've had much better Pizza at convenience stores. And it was fresh out of the oven and awful. 1st & last time eating at marcos. The tasty commercials are definitely misleasding. BTW, The only reason I gave 1 star was because it was fresh from the oven.......
simply AMAZING, this was our first time trying this pizza and I'll NEVER go back to dominos or pizza hut!! The Romano parmesan crust was superb!! I had a large steak and chicken with lite sauce and it was so delicious we enjoyed every bite!! Cannot WAIT to try more A+ service and food HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We are from out of town. We got a good recommendation for Marcos. We had a pizza delivered to our hotel. The pizza was EXCELLENT! Very thin crust, as we wanted. Just an awesome pizza! And delivery was even early!! ?

I order 2 pizza one thin crust one reg crust the thin crust was burned hard as a rock the other wasn't much better I call them and sent pics of the pizzas they call me back and said that was the way they suppose to look I will never buy from them again 42 dollars down the drain
I called in a thin crust, crustless meatlovers, and two sub sandwiches. When I got home, I found there was crust throughout. I assume the girl misunderstood me over the phone. Always check correctness of the order before leaving the premises.
Had there pizza for the first time last night and it was great will buy agan.
Five star potential. One star customer service over these past eighteen months. I really enjoy Marco's pizza (even if they took anchovies off the menu), but my past three experiences were awful. I'm not going to tell you not to order from here. Just know that it could be a headache when you do
