Logan's has always (still do) ,have very good food. What has,(& still is) my issue with Logan's in Dalton,Ga. is the service. You should not be sitting at your table 5min & wonder if the servicer know you are there. I don't know if it's lack of help or knowing what to do,but the service need to improve.
Our server was the absolute sweetest young lady. She stayed on top of our needs and was polite and personable.The food was great, the atmosphere was great and of course, my company for the evening was great.
Went for a curbside order, it was done by 6:03ish, we marked here on the app, 10 minutes pass and no food. We called and they said they would tell a member to bring it out. 20 minutes pass and still no food! We get tired of just waiting and go inside to tell them we have been waiting, we get inside and all of the ladies working are just standing around talking, we tell them and they give us the food that has been ready since 6. We got home basically at 7 and the food was all cold and mushy. Horrible experience! Wasted 40 minutes of my time for already done food just sitting around!
Miserable experience. Took 30 mins. to be seated after being told it would only take 10-15 mins. Then after being seated it took the waitress another 10 to come get our drink order. After we ordered our food they gave my husband someone else's food and he never received his. I finally asked for our food to go. Luckily the food was wonderful once we finally got home to eat.
I downloaded the App for Logan's and placed an order for over $100. I placed the order and was advised it would be ready in 30 minutes... Great, it takes about 20 minutes to get there from my home.I arrive 35 minutes after the order was placed, giving them an extra 5 minutes to have it prepared. I think I should mention I also included a 15% tip because it's HOT outside and I KNOW the folks preparing my meals have got to be burning up in the Kitchen. I appreciate their efforts. I arrive to an almost empty parking lot around 2:30 or so.i park in the designated Pick Up Area and call the number indicated on the Sign. A girl answers the phone and asks my name and what vehicle I am driving. She says when my order is completed she will bring it out to me...cool...I see very few customers entering or leaving. I wait in the sweltering heat, outside, on the hot asphalt for 20 minutes...I'm not dressed to actually go in because I didn't WANT to go in...I call the number AGAIN... a girl answers... I explain who I am and how long I have been WAITING. She tells me my food has been sitting for 30 minutes and I should have called them when I arrived!!! She brings my food out to my Jeep. I tell her I HAD CALLED IN when I arrived. She asked who I talked with. I have no damn IDEA. The girl didn't give me her name. The young girl apologizes and says no one TOLD her we were here and she is the only person that is to deliver the orders to the car. I know it's not her fault because it wasn't Her voice on the fone the first time I called. No need getting angry or rude with THIS poor girl because its not HER fault.My order is pretty large and I ask her if she is Positive my order is all there. She assured me it is because she checked it. Great.I drive home.Nope, the Steaks are missing all of the Bleu cheese, mushrooms, and butter we ordered. But they ARE on the Receipt. The same with TWO Desserts... Not in the huge bag, but on the Receipt.I order out for friends and Family a lot, but after paying for food I didn't get and a TIP they didn't EARN as well as waiting for over half an Hour for nothing, I will NEVER order from here or eat IN here again... Terrible service!!!

Absolutely awful!!! Got burnt rolls to begin with ask for more rolls before our meal never got them steak was overcooked to dry to even chew not to mention the Mac n cheese was so cold there’s no way it ever touch any type of heat source this was straight from the freezer! Then manager is going to come to my table ask me can he fix it I told him yes please so I wait my plate then begins to come out in pieces my side of mac n cheese came before anything else my husband never got to eat his food because mine was so messed up I’m not one to not want to pay but then we was charged for his plate even though he never touched it this place is a complete joke! The manager decided to adjust the receipt and had to readjust because he didn’t even know how to read the order himself…never again! If you want Logan’s I’d highly advise you travel to another location!!!
no complaints what so ever. all around good experience..staff friendly, didn't wait long for drinks or food..
My husband lost his wallet last night 3/5/2022 the manager and our waitress picked it up we didn't realize we left his phone also. All our money and stuff was in it. I really appreciate she let me come back at 11:30 at night to come get it. I wish I knew their names. Good honest ppl still exist we gave her $25 extra dollars for saving us a hassle. Will be eating here again.
Group of us traveling through Dalton ordered from logans through UberEATS. Cannot overstate how bad the meals were. Several items were missing, including a steak dinner, sides were wrong on all the orders that we did recieve. The chopped steak dinner came without the gravy, mushrooms and onions, just a small, overcooked piece of meat that looked like a hockey puck but not as tasty. Meals were all so bad it would be impossible to replicate it without really trying hard to screw them all up that bad. The meals were so awful I world never eat say a Logan's again no matter where it was located.
