My sister ate at Krystal’s on East Walnut Ave in Dalton, Ga Tuesday July 5,2022. She got a case of severe food poising from her food. When she called the restaurant to advise them (after she got released from the hospital) the manager (who refused to give her name) said there was no way she’d gotten it from there (this was the only place she’d eaten other than at home on that date) and proceeded to hang up on her when she asked for the managers name & then asked to speak to a general manager. She refused to answer the phone when my sister tried to call back, they obviously have caller ID because the same manager, that had hung up on her just a few minutes earlier, called her back and asked if she’d phoned. My sister said yes & asked to speak to a general manager, the lady refused to let her speak to anyone & again said it couldn’t have come from their food. She’s tried contacting Krystal’s via email regarding the incident, with no response from the company. Don’t eat there!!
Carmen was the best I sit there 4 cars back and was there 40 minutes I was concerned but seen there was 2 cars that was just door dash whom should be a little harder to taje orders there and called in she apologized first thing when I pulled to the window.. I realized this woman is running the whole thing saw her pretty much dressing hamburgers ..my hamburgers so she hands me my lemonade and she apologized ince again I said I see your running it alone..i applaud you whats your nane she said Carmen I said I'm Beverly and your Super!! My fiid was delish she had made them perfectly Bobby was a happy guy with his order!! Thanks Carmen!!! After I got home I was ok with the time I was there.. Gave ne time to think about maybe a new career I would love to work with her!!
Krystals has a bad rep but today i had a craving. I stopped in the drive thru and was greeted politely and asked to order when i was ready. I ordered the number 1 large with a coke. Once again i was greeted very politely while he took my card and handed my food. He told me he hoped I enjoyed my meal as i drove off. The food was very delicious, the fries were crispy and well seasoned and the krystals were toasty and flavorful. Thank you to the staff that work here on 4/9/2022 at around 2pm. I will be coming back thanks to them.
Never again will I come here. I will drive clear across town to get food from now on due to the customer service here. I had to ask if my meal was going to get drinks. Hardly any customers and we have been sitting for 15 minutes waiting on our food after being pulled around from the drive through. Never again
Worst service ever. Went through the drive thru and placed an order and the lady over the speaker was hateful. When we got our food I checked to make sure it right before pulling off. We order 3 chick's with cheese only. The cheese they put on it was the cheese for the Chilli pup. And it was the size of a dime. When we told the lady we asked for cheese, she huffed and got smart and said I guess I'll fix it. Then she said she couldn't take the chick's back and gave us a cup with 3 slices of cheese. They also had no Strasser napkins apparently. Worst service
Usually I avoid this krystals just because of the horrible customer service. However, I decided to Come through the drive through as I was in the mood for krystals. I ordered a chocolate shake. they reply “we don’t have shakes” (even though it’s on the menu board.)I say “ok, that’s fine, can I get 4 Krystal burgers please?” The reply: “There’s a 20 minute wait on Krystals” I drove off. I mean what the hell do you have????? ?Whoever is the manager here needs to do a better job, this is a repeat problem..... ._.
12-30-21 i came to the drive through and asked a genuine question are you open. They replied “no we’re just talking on the headset” how smart. It seems like nowadays its hard to find decent customer service

Ever had a Krystal with burnt onions? I do NOT recommend it. Brings a new meaning to gut bombs
