Ordered my food in the drive thru. There weren't any other customers. I was told to pull around because they were making one of my items fresh. I ended up waiting in my car for thirty minutes until I eventually gave up on them bringing me my food. Pulled around the drive thru and told the girl I just needed the item I had been waiting over thirty minutes for and she just said oh.. then gave me a bag that had been sitting on the counter the whole time I assume because to be made fresh it was very cold. Never apologized or even acknowledged that they just wasted over thirty minutes of my life on some food I ended up throwing away.
My visit was yesterday. Everyone there was working hard to get us in and out. Thank you for my order it was hot and right. Great Customer Service
No napkins, people weren't to us we ask condiments, order wasn't correct, customer service was up to par
This location is absolutely mind-numbing stupid. This is twice in one week that this place somehow messed up my order in a way I can't explain.First visit was a 5 for 5:Two fries, two chiks plain, one plain pup..Somehow I received two fries, two krystals regular and a pup plain..Second visit was a 5 for 5:Same orderSomehow I received two fries, two chiks with poo ickle and mayo and a corn dog??I hope this location gets shut down.
Fast service. Hit tha spot. But Krystal just isn't what it use to be. For me anyways.
It was alright. It was lunch time so of course it had a long line. So I decided to park an go in to order my food to go. It still took them 10 mins before my food was ready and it wasn't very pleasant to see. my Krystal was smashed together and my fries were cold
Waited in drive thru over 25 mins!!! Only 2 employees working they said. Ridiculous
She was really nice at the drive thru. ?
The fries were a little over cooked but other than that everything else was great!
The food is just passable but service is AWFUL!
