First time stopping here. Went through drive thru. Was absolutely ridiculous at how long I had to sit in that line! I will not return again. Slowest service I've ever seen!Very upset!
Stopped in for breakfast and got some fresh glazed donuts. My 11 and 13 year old were fascinated by the donut being made.

I don't know what was going on today but I asked for a frozen frappe, they said the machine was down for cleaning, then asked for a iced mocha, they kept saying hot, I said 3 times Iced. Got to the window they handed me a hot. Then she wouldn't take it back took them another 10 minutes to make the iced mocha.
I have never been so disappointed with a Krispy Kreme store before. Extremely slow service, order couple of cappuccinos and they took over 30 minutes and the only one they gave us was horrible.Then they said the cappuccino machine broke down. Asked for my money back and they couldn’t find the transaction to return my money. Ended up leaving without the coffees or my money.
This place is amazing!! Fresh doughnuts, friendly service! Doesn't get better than this.
Donuts not fresh, looked like that had been sat on, they were flattened like a pancake! Got lemon filled and the last bite was the only place that had lemon filling....whoever sends them Chatt. should have to sign off that they are perfect when they leave there. And then Dalton should have inspect them when they arrive and sign off that they are of good quality...I think the rejects are sent to Dalton because no one in Chatt. would stand for a flat donut..need to get their act together.
