They took my order at the drive thru and told me to pull up to the door. Been waiting now for over 20 minutes and they served 2 different people behind me. They don't even seem busy.Update:After 25 minutes I decided to drive around to see what the hold up was. Turns out they sent me off and cleared my order. If I hadn't gone back around I would have been there for a lot longer than those 25 minutes. Thankfully I went back and got my food. They even offered a free refill on my drink and left me a cool hair in my burger. Very nice. Wish I could give negative stars.
We had stopped going to Jack's some months back bc service and food were subpar at best on a "good" day. We decided to give them a chance today and got the chicken tender dinners. My word let me tell you, the service was absolutely amazing. Everyone we encountered today was friendly and full of personality! The young woman taking orders for the drive thru was awesome, the young man at the drive thru window was so great and helpful, the manager came and spoke to us while we waited and he was great as well! Just so so extra pleased with the service, best we've had from anywhere in so long! And let me tell you, the food! Wooo it was so good. More flavor than I ever remember Jack's having. The tenders, slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, and the biscuit were fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly! Totally recommended, can't wait to eat there again! Thank you to the crew we encountered today for being so great!
The Dalton Georgia location seems to never have bone in chicken cooked no matter what time of day.. I was in there at 1130am 06/17/22 for 3 chicken breast but they only had one. Staff said none was in cooker. I got mad and left. A shift manager that knows me only as a semi regular customer came out as I left and ask me "what was my problem " .I have never disrespected her in any way,even have bragged on her to management. She does a great job but the chicken issue happens with other managers as well. She said a big order had just went out that it would only take 15 minutes to cook more.. Most folks are not going to wait 15 minutes. As soon as that big order for chicken was placed more should have been ready to immediately go in cooker. It was lunch time.Also I live about 18 19 miles from this store,I was in the area. So wish we could get a Jacks in Fairmount Ga. and Resaca Ga.
So slow! I waited 20 minutes in line and there was hardly anyone else in line. The management at this location needs to get it together. People want to be able to come get breakfast and not have to wait all morning for a biscuit and gravy.
I just went through the drive thru and ordered a small hash brown and 2 steak biscuits and I get home and the hash browns r so hard I can't even bite through them it's ridiculous bc not only did the girl in drive thru make me wait at the speaker for a few b4 she even took my order but I could only eat half of 1 of the steak biscuits. Quality sucks big time
We stopped by to get a burger/fries and the fried green tomatoes that was advertised on the store sign. Ordered and got around to pay and no fried green tomatoes, the only thing I'll order from this restaurant because of Jacks, ugly history. My husband, got his burger and fries. Me, nothing. My husband loves Jack's so that's why they get a 3 stars. But for me, I got to order and pay, but no food. The drive thru attendant had nothing to do with this. I put the blame on the shift leader and store manager. Either have what's advertised, or take them off the sign. Because honestly if I had been told they were out of the fried green tomatoes at the time I ordered, it would have been different. So, in closing, yall get same nothing in stars from me.
I was at the drive through the lady was mumbling so low I could not hear I asked her what she said still mumbles so I pull up to the window and another lady comes up gets an attitude and says oh I'm only gonna do this once for you you have to order back there I tried to explain that I couldn't hear got blatantly ignored asked for ranch got only one cup of ranch when I ordered two chicken baskets and it was barely filled with ranch. Just how rude the second person at the window was acting was off putting the person that originally took my order was sweet she apologized for me not being able to hear her it seems like the other lady just pushed her out of the way to cook an attitude. Usually this location is great but not this experience hope they step their game back up and don't disrespect customers !!! This was the Dalton Georgia location
They make BLT sandwiches for breakfast but not a fried green tomato BLT. And slow service. Girl on the register was working while the people in the back were on their phone. Manager wasn't much help either. I definitely won't be going back to the one on Cleveland hwy in Dalton Georgia.
Today I was at the Dalton location and was trying to order my family a meal through the app. Well the app would not allow me to place my order so I walked inside to speak with someone and was met by an assistant manager named Eric. He was so kind to help and even tried calling tech support to solve the issue. To no resolve they couldn't help fix the issue so a call was placed to the general manager and they fixed my meal problem in store. I would like to thank Eric and Maddie for there diligence in getting the problem solved and even personally handling things. This was only my second time here and will definitely be returning in the future. Not only is the service excellent but the food is delicious. Thank you again for all the help.
Went yesterday. The dining room was nasty. Had to ask if I could get something to wash the table off. There was no chicken cooked. Only 3 customers in the dining area and it was only 6:00. The front counter boy kept disappearing. The dining room was still nasty when we left 30 mins later. Need better 2nd shift management.
