This place is more for southern comfort it feels like. The food is usually great but the service is very slow and they don't usually pay enough attention to who comes in so you have to wait a while to be seated even when someone is available. One of the best breakfast locations and great breakfast foods but their pace is slow and they act in a rush constantly.
Food was good but service was at a snails pace it was between breakfast and lunch hour and still took 30 minutes to get seated but if you order doordash or grubhub they'll get those orders out fast lol
It was tradition in my family to celebrate birthdays at ihop. My last time was last year, we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. They gave her the wrong eggs, we asked to correct the order. My daughter found all kinds of burned food inside her new eggs. It was disgusting.
I usually love ihop but this visit wasn't a good exp. My waitress was great especially with it just being her as the only waitress plus the manager. Maybe next go round will be better.
Was seated and forgotten about. Watched while others seated after me was waited on. Not my first bad experience at this location. Someone from corporate needs to look into this.
Was in I hop in dalton ga, food was so yummy for my tummy,waitress was Lindsey she is a keeper she was so friendly,explain the menu to us I hope the manger lets her know how much we appreciate her hope u stop by and get her as your waitress she’s a keeper
I went with my brother and they didn’t get his other right and when he asked for his pancakes he saw the server touch them with her bare hands to see if they were warm then she brought them to him and it was just nasty.

Nice enough staff. Like most places, they are out of a lot of ingredients but did their best to accommodate.
I got an order to go, it was amazing! The waitress was awesome! I will definitely go back when I'm in the area again....
