Tried to go to the drive thru at 4pm on a Monday. Another car and I both waited for over 5 mins at the drive thru with no response. The lights were on and there was a car in the parking lot. Google has the store hours as open until 10pm. If there's a staff shortage, it would be nice if they would take least post up a sign that says "closed early" or "inside service only" so people aren't wasting their time waiting.
Big star burger is awesome. And always got good breakfast.
the old lady is rude here I'm glad I don't work here it would be the worst one I would ever had. I ate here 3 times and will never eat there again. it was like I was bothering her that I wanted to eat there 3 days in a row. the food was good but having to see her was too much for me. 5 stars for the other employees that had to put up with her. and not even a half a star for her. get rid of her she is loosing customers for you hardees

Best breakfast for the go, rather your dinning in or drive thru. Biscuit and gravy!!! You have to try it.
The most absolute SLOWEST service for fast food I've ever seen in my life!!! 20 minutes I stood inside watching them focus only on drive-thru then customers waiting inside their store. Myself amd 3 others all who were made late for work that morning were not happy at all. I'll never go to this location again. Poor management at its finest.
