My family and I have always loved coming here. With how they prepare their menu items, maintain the location, and talk to the customers, it's one of the few places I don't feel guilty cleaning my plate!?During our most recent visit, they actually had a small mishap with our order (someone had misheard our order of "2 large pizzas, 1 pepperoni and 1 tomato" as "2 large pepperoni and tomato pizzas"). They offered to remake the order, fixed 2 new pizzas in less than 15 minutes, and even gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Had my mother not been on her last nerve (car was making noises again, couldn't do everything she had planned to, having to deal with 5'o clock traffic, and was hungry ?), I would have voiced my intentions of tipping them the difference, for how well they handled the situation. In short, I really enjoy coming here, and you can't stop me from coming back.

On 3-7-22 at 7pm, I picked up my order. 1 LG chicken Alfredo, 1 LG Hawaiian with Alfredo sauce, mushrooms and black olives on one side, zucchini sticks with extra ranch. When I got home, i didn't have any ranch and my Hawaiian pizza was half cheese and half black olives and mushrooms. When I called to see if I could get a replacement pizza the following day, i was told i needed to bring the pizza back. I offered to take a picture with the receipt. I couldn't go back because it was too late. My kids had to be in bed at 8, one child is special needs and if I could have a replacement pizza the following day. I was told that I would still need to bring the pizza back. I tried to explain that I ordered 2 LG pizzas to feed all of us and it was too late to go back and have it replaced tonight. I also told her that it wasnt right to have to spend almost an hour of my time and my own gas money for TWO trips or not have enough to eat after i spent $33 plus a tip. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. Asked me if I wanted to speak to the cook. When I told her that as the manager, she was responsible for her Cooks mistake. She insisted that she was following policy and that I can speak to the owner tomorrow. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me and said she didnt have to. I asked who gave her that iob since she clearly cant handle it. She hung up on me THREE times and refused to give her name. Worst customer service I have ever had. My family has been a long time customer and the way we were treated tonight was appalling. Why would you want a pizza returned during a pandemic? Why should I have to make a meal at home when I should have gotten what i paid for? Why should i have to spend more time AND money for their mistake? I was willing to take a discount but 10% off of another pizza is insulting. I told her I would do 50% off, but the manager was not understanding or accommodating AT ALL. She doesn't need to be in a managers position with the way she handled the situation. They've already taken out the money including the tip. I told her to remove the tip. I guess we'll see if she actually does it.

I got a large anti pasto salad with 1000 Island and garlic bread; a large pizza with pepperoni, ham, pineapple and onion; a calzone with pepperoni and onion and a calzone with pepperoni, ham, onion and green pepper. The salad and dressing was large and the dressing was very good. The garlic bread needed more garlic and the marinara sauce tasted like tomato soup, very bland. They gave me two pizzas for the price of one. Good deal, I wish the pizza had been better. Crust is good, a little light on the toppings and the pizza itself was boring because of the sauce. The calzones were filled with toppings, especially pepperoni, which is good. The bland sauce did not effect the quality but I found I do not like ricotta cheese. The place was clean and the service was good.

Front counter staff could use a customer service refresher, but the associate who took my order over the phone was very friendly, professional, and prompt. Food was great, as usual!

Really need to work on customer service at the register, waited 30 minutes for food and it came out warm, not hot. There was only one other person in there at 11:00am eating...

Called in A order for a personal pan pizza with no sauce ham and cheese and when I got there to pick up the pizza it was a regular personal pan ham and cheese pizza with sauce a lot of sauce when called in to complain they tell me that is what I said I told the lady when I first called I wanted a personal pan no sauce cheese and ham and she repeated back cheese ham pizza personal plan and a sweet tea I said yes but if you want no sauce you need to make sure you repeat yourself 4 to 5 times and when she says the order back to you make sure you again specify no sauce or you will get a pizza full of sauce and wine called to tell them it was wrong and she told me I didn’t specify they offered me a measly 10% discount next time or I can bring it back and wait for it to be remake but I was on my way to work and did not have time

Great local spot for a quick Italian menu. Pizza was great, Fast service , and fair pricing.

This place is the Chick-fil-A of pizza and pasta restaurants. The food is incredible and the service is even better. I have had everything from the meatball sub to the chicken cesar wrap to the hot wings. And let me tell ya, they were all phenomenal. It is honestly impressive. The employees are incredible. They are always so nice. They make me feel welcome every time. I absolutely love this place.

Great local chain. They have a few beers on tap but the friendly and accommodating staff plus Rome style Italian food on a budget makes this spot worth it, especially since all other dinning options close early, even on weekends. 10/10 would recommend.

Best restaurant of its kind in Dalton. The baked spaghetti is very note worthy and all pizza is great.
