When the restroom is cleaner than the dining room something is wrong. We have eaten at several of the Five Guys restaurants and never had an issue but this one totally different. The dining room was nasty and the employees where not busy. One table in the dining room at a peak time of the day. These places are usually packed. Don't know if there was a manager around. If he or she was there they needed to have addressed the issue. Probably will not go back to that one again. The picture is of ketchup in the floor. The drink machines where nasty also
Their cajun fries are so delicious! The works are friendly. Eating here is a great experience!
I had the best experience today at Five Guys. The young man who waited on me, Andrew Sherman, was simply delightful. He was so polite, and when I mentioned I was taking the shake home to my daughter, he wrapped the top in foil and use a sticker to hold the straw. I really appreciate that he took the extra time to do these things. His smile and politeness brightened my day.
Pricey, yes but it's worth every penny. The food is always great and lots of fries.
Clean, great service, great burgers but not worth $18 for one meal, drop it to under $10 and ill come back, if not Ill take that $18 and go get 12 cheeseburgers from McDonalds. Also need to take the sign down that says inexpensive.
I ordered the Little Bacon Cheeseburger & fries. The bun was soft and fresh with sesame seeds. The meat was cooked wonderfully, well seasoned and juicy. The cheese melt was on point! The bacon action was crispy with intense flavor. The large fries was enough for over 3 people! They were crunchy and had their skins on them. One of the best 5 Guys I have visited. Welcome to flavor Town USA!
The food was good but not worth the price I want go back again a few cents being 19 bucks for a burger and fries and a coke!!!I'll go to Willie's a lot better burger.......
First class five guys, great burgers and really fresh Cajun fries
We went on a Sunday afternoon. I’ve been to various Five Guys before and have never been disappointed. This one was no exception. It’s a pit pricey but the food is always good. They kept the restaurant clean despite being busy.
They don't charge for extra cheese or extra bacon.... wow
