I used to love this place but the past couple of months I’ve continuously received watered down flavorless coffee. Its really disappointing because Dunkin used to be my go to for coffee. I wouldn’t recommend.EDIT- Rude employeesI went to Dunkin and I asked for liquid sugar in my ice coffee and they put regular sugar. I went around once and had it fixed and got regular sugar again So I went inside and said I wanted it with liquid sugar and the girl behind the counter told me it did have liquid sugar and I said no and pointed at the layer of sugar at the bottom. She tried telling me it was caramel ? then had an attitude while remaking my drink. When she was done she sat it on the counter and walked off. I cant stand this place anymore. Bad coffee and rude employees.
Long lines, drive through only unless the people working know you, it seems. Ordered online and waited 20 minutes in line. Avoid this place unless you have nothing else to do except waste gas. I know there is a manpower shortage but this is ridiculous. The coffee was okay.
My husband has been craving sour cream doughnuts, so he called this location and was so excited that they had "fresh" ones. Called me a few minutes later and was so disappointed because they were dry and anything but fresh. The reason I am leaving a good rating is because the girl was very sweet to him and gave him his money back. We'll try again some day.
Just went their and I was disappointed. I order donuts and after she charged me she just walked away and I was confused she didn’t ask which donuts. I was waiting for my orders and I had to ask them where I could get my donuts and the staff were kinda rude and acting like if I was stupid cause I didn’t know the name of the Donuts. And the girl just went and picked the donuts for me without asking. This lady asked me if I wanted to pick them later on while she was doing it but I didn’t even bother at that point cause I was frustrated.

Always so good! Coffee is the best! This location is always busy in the morning. I wish they would put another location in dalton. Despite being busy they are always pretty fast! I usually hear the manager cheering on the team while I'm there and that is great to hear. I ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches, a couple coffees, hash browns (my favorite) and munchkins. Everyone is always happy when I come home with DD!
half the time here- i don’t know if my food is going to be good or not… for example, the bacon and bagels, sometimes they are cooked thoroughly, and others they’re not (bagels still cold in the middle and the bacon not edible at all, slimy and barely warmed up) I wish the manager her would retrain the employees (for their attitudes and customer service as well) and have them actually take them time to make the food edible and make it the same way every time.*Same thing for the coffees
Place is fast friendly service coffee is fantastic HASHBROWNS ARE DISGUSTING I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM TO MY DOGS TASTE LIKE MELTED PLASTIC
Dunkin is my daily morning stop, never have any issues and always fast.
I Used to go to the Dalton Ga Dunking Dounut like 4 times a Week until one time I ordered a Large iced signature latte with no ice and ice one another cup so they gave it to me with no ice and that large cup which is like 5$ was not even half full only because they put whip cream it looked half full like they love selling you the ice!!!! I told the manager older lady with white Hair not sure her name is told her ummm why is this not full ? she said umm u want me to put more milk???? I'm sorry but coffee costs more those cost almost 5$!!!! and they can't make them right!!!! she literally told me pore it into the iced cup and it will look full ! I was like thisssss Women!!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED !!!! ? ? ?
