Horrible got my order wrong and waited for over an hour to just get it wrong. No red and what they didn't deliver and what they have me was a credit that didn't even equal to what was missing ng and what I tipped. They cared less. Last time I'll go there.
Order placed online at 8:02pm...arrived at 9:53pm. the pizza was colder than the diet coke that was ordered with. 2nd strike for this location. WILL NOT GIVE IT A 3rd. Delivery driver was haughty when questioned why it took him an hour to drive 13 miles.....?
Ordered 2 med pizza for delivery on Sat. Feb. 12. Waited 2 hrs was told 4 times it was on its way . I only live 8 min. from store. After 2 hrs ask for money to be returned. Was very reluctant stating it was in route by this time it was 10 p.m.. Had to request money back 3 to 4 times before Ramone said so you want to cancel. Yes. Stated 3 to 5 days to get money back. They were not helpful and in the end just completely dropped customer service.
Horrible horrible horrible! I gave this Domino’s another try after a year and was completely let down once again. I called this Domino’s after an hour and a half wait for my food to be on hold on the phone for 15 minutes. Finally got in touch with someone and they told me my order was out for delivery. I waited another 15 minutes before I called back the guy looked for my order again it said the order was in the store. Ridiculous. I will never ever ever ever ever order from this domino’s again!
Ordered pizza at 5:30 using the tracking told us that the driver left at 6:02. 7:10 no pizza yet. Called was put on hold for 15 minutes called back got hung up on. Never order again.
If you want food, don't order here. The last 4 orders here is what happened: 1. They called an hour after placing to tell us they couldn't deliver in the snow - understandable, but why wait an hour? Went and picked up myself. 2. I called over an hour after placing and the tracker on the app said delivered (it was not) and was told the driver was getting gas, 20 mins later they called back and said he had a flat tire and we would have to come get it. 3. They showed delivered it was not again, I called, they were short handed, I had to pick up. 4. Over 2 hours go by, no delivery, yet marked delivered, we call and wait on hold over 15 mins simply to cancel it.
An absolute unmitigated disaster. They have no idea what they are doing. The only good news is everytime I come I get a free pizza because they always miss their commitment. Unless you have to use this place, stay away big time. They just are horrible.
Because I am sick, I ordered pizza for my kids... just after 5pm. Our neighbor’s pizza arrived at our house about an hour later, but no one seems to know where ours is. We delivered our neighbor’s pizza to them and called about our order. The general manager said that they could refund our money or remake our order. No discount. No apology. I am now waiting outside Domino’s with three hungry boys two hours after I ordered pizza.
Ordered pizza at 7:06. Called the store at 8:30 to see about it. Said it would be at least 30 more minutes. On the app says pizza was done at 7:22
Never get the sauces you have to pay for and they always bring everything cold. Then when you call to get them to make it right they just don't answer the phone
