I'm not eating here ever again. The food is fine, but I'm allergic to cinnamon. I like their garlic twists, but TWICE now, they've given me cinnamon twists instead. And this time I went in. And yes, I had a little Karen moment when I went in. I handed the lady at the counter the box & told her I couldn't have them because I'm allergic to them. And I told them to pay attention. They fixed it, but they made sure to try & put the blame on me for their mistake. I even showed my receipt. They told me how to order in the future so that doesn't happen again. So I told them they should pay attention & do their job. Then this woman FOLLOWS ME TO MY CAR to tell me not to throw things at the CSR. I never threw anything. I wasn't even aggressive. They can watch the cameras if they want. But I'm not going back there. They do not conduct business with integrity.
General Manager was the most rude person I've ever talked to in customer service. Food and driver was perfect but being talked to like trash by a person that should have highly skilled in customer service blows my mind and to even be the general manager. Now I understand why this store has such bad reviews.
Positions are ridiculously small for the price!!! On top food definitely lost its touch didn’t even taste the same as before definitely won’t be ordering again so sad I use to love this place and even worked here !!
Ordered 2 puzzas last night. Was told 30 min delivery time. Waited over 1.5 hrs, called about order. Was told order was out for delivery 1 hr before. Waited another 30 mins & still no food & this was midnight at that point. Turned out lights & went to bed without ever getting food. No calls regarding order or delivery issues.
Food was tasty, great & to my liking . Even though they are short staffed at the moment your food still gets delivered at a great time . The older guy who delivers the food was very polite and apologized for the wait . I work in fast food so i very much understand when being short staffed and trying as hard as you can to make the customer pleased and happy & the surly delivered on that today .
I ordered a pizza the guy on the phone was great but when I got there he said something happened to the computer my order was not ready and that's OK he was very polite but as I was waiting on my order the girl that was there I spoke to her and yes I'm white and have no problem with any color but she was a poc and acted like I shouldn't have spoke to her she had a real bad attitude and I also work in the reastaurant business and I would never have acted to a customer the way she did me and this was in dalton ga on cuyler st around 1.30
They forget things all the time no one seems to care about their job pizza is very sub par I even got someone else’s pizza before and I called and they said they would send out the correct one and they never came
They delivered our pizza to someone else when we had already paid for it. People lived 2 houses down in a trailer not a brick house on the corner. Now we have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund...We will not be ordering again. We order once sometimes twice a week.
Very timely delivery, delivery man, William, was great at his part and the pizzas were perfect and hot.
The last time I ordered dominos it was absolutely the best I have ever eaten from there whoever was making the pizza the week of Jan 10 thru the 14th keep up the good work and delivery lady was so sweet and prompt thanks dominos
