Went on a 5 day, 8 state road trip adventure and decided it was time to finally try cracker barrel. I can honestly say I have no clue why I waited so long as I was not let down. The staff is very friendly and polite making small talk and laughing along with us. The food was delicious. Wait for our meal was a tad longer than we expected but it gave us time to relax from the road so we didn't mind. I had chicken tenders and the dill ranch sauce to dip and it was awesome. The little shop area is cute and offers lots of old fashion candy and southern style trinkets. Overall great experience.

It seems the menu has changed and cheaper options added. I used to love the chef salad with the original croutons, unique crackers and cracker barrel cheese. The service was slow but our waiter Nick was pleasant and efficient. The original menu was better. I was also surprised to see beer and wine on the menu but not negatively just surprised.
Overall just not good the veggies were great my daughters chicken tenders were way overdone in old grease (she did not eat them) the woman who seated us had the personality of a wet dishrag and the waiter never asked if we wanted teas to go any dessert refills or anything. Worst cracker barrel we've ate at. Drive to Tennessee and get good cracker barrel.
Our waiter, Michaela, was so nice, sweet and very caring. Me and my boyfriend went there for our valentine's date and she immediately greeted us with a smile. We had no issues once so ever. She would compliment us and make sure we were doing okay or if we needed anything. Definitely recommend this cracker barrel for any occasion, from a date to just going there to eat. We definitely left her a good tip and will definitely come back again there for one of our dates.
Me and my fiance went there for dinner tonight and the service was awful. Our waitress Erin was not attentive at all. They were kinda busy but not overwhelmed. We didn't get a refill on our drinks at all so we had to eat our meal without anything to drink. Also I ordered the loaded baked sweet potato and it didn't arrive to my table until after we both had finished our meals. When I did get it, it was hard where it wasn't cooked all the way. The butter wasn't melted and the marshmallow on top was cold. We ended up having to ask another server for to go containers and for her to let our server know we needed our bill because we didn't see her at all again after she brought our food.
Wait was bout an hr. Finally got seated at table was 20min before girl come to ask us what we wanted to drink. We ordered drinks and food at same time. Also ordered 4 salads thought they would come pretty quick but didn't get them till bout 8mins before regular food come didn't even get half of it eaten and the food was just barely warm and forgot another family member order and to go resubmit it so that took 15 more min to get and it was barely warm. Think I will be going to ringgold or Calhoun from now on this is 3 time been there and stuff has went bad
Always can depend on Cracker Barrel to have consistent quality. Doesn't matter where you are Equally good Dishes.Is very friendly staff here. Jessica was very helpful and personable.
5 people who placed to go orders after me got there order before I did. The steak was dry. Couldnt even eat the corn bread, rock hard. No sour cream given with the loaded baked potato. I travel between Florida and Newport Jersey often and never had a bad meal like this. When asked to check on status of my order was told being bagged up at that time watched 2 other orders come out and then minutes later mine came out with a different excuse
We had a great experience here. There was not a wait to be seated, the food came out hot, in a timely manner and was delicious. The new app for payment makes things a breeze when it's time to leave. We will be back soon.
