Traveling south toward a Florida Spring Break vacation, we stayed overnight in Dalton and headed out on a Saturday night for a quick dinner. CiCi's didn't have a wait, and for travel weary diners, that was great. On a good note, the price was great. We paid around $30 for three people, which included salad, pizza buffet, dessert, and softdrinks. On the other side, though, we did experience a few issues. First, the restaurant was really dirty -- in terms of tables needing to be cleared off. We were there during the dinner rush, so that was fairly understandable. Secondly, they handled the pizza buffet really weird. Most of the pizzas available had very similar ingredients. For example, my son had trouble finding anything he wanted on his first trip up there because all the pizzas available had either spinach or pineapple. We were watching the person handling the buffet to see when additional pizzas were brought up. Only after a complete pizza was gone -- regardless of whether only 1 piece remainedd there -- would he pull another pizza that must have been stowed away under the counter to replace it. And, then again, the pizzas he was pulling out to serve all had similar ingredients again -- like they all had pepperoni. It really seemed like the person or people making the pizzas were stuck on certain ingredients for all the pizzas going into the ovens at the same time. This just doesn't work for a buffet. And, of course, the number of dessert pizzas and cinnamon rolls making their way to the buffet was pretty lacking. We waited a good 20 minutes for any to be set out, and lots of people watching hit it like hyenas. CiCi's pizza is definitely great for families trying to fill up the kids on a budget.
The workers were completely rude to my grandmother. Food was alright not the best.

This place is so good to eat !!...but this place is haunted because me and my bf we eating and i found hair in my pizza...and then i felt a bulge in my seat and that scared the panties off me !!! place is haunted!!!
I was met by a friendly and helpful staff. The building was clean on the inside and the tables were being cleared as fast as the people finished.....the pizza were fresh and so was the salad bar.....

The worst one I've been too.. overcooked the barbeque chicken was BURNT couldn't tell it was pizza other then the shape
I brought my children here, they loved it! Food is ok
No gripes it's just mediocre at best , if you have a truckload of kids it's perfect otherwise keep expectations low.
