My wife and I drove 20 miles to eat here. What a disaster ?....Our server( Rachel?) only showed up to sit food on the table. The potato soup was delicious, but cold. Our dinner entree's we're undercooked and the potatoes had to be last night's leftovers. Did anyone care...nope. It wasn't busy, but yet we felt like alien's here. There are too many places to eat in Dalton than this place. Thank God for Burger King ?!This place does not represent the company the way other restraunts do. Pathetic!
I love this chili's but we waited over 30 mins and no one even acknowledged us or the other tables around us. So two of the tables got up and left. I'm not sure I'll ever go back again. I'll go to another location when I want chili's. Plus sad thing is we had to stop someone and asked for a manager. Manager never even came, so we all got up. So shame on y'all.
Food was decent…but the place smelled horrific! We noticed a terrible smell when we walked in. We were seated at a high top table in the bar area and we asked if we could move because the smell was overwhelming. We were moved to the dining area side of the restaurant and were told by the server that others have complained of the smell as well. It smelled like vomit. There were four of us dining together and we all smelled it. The restaurant overall appeared to need a very thorough cleaning and the restrooms were dirty. Over all, I believe the health department was due for a visit and would likely have a field day with this place. The food was just ok. Seemed they were out of many items as well. We were just passing through on I 75 so there is no chance we will ever stop at this Chili’s again.
Missing food almost every time!!!!!!! Order 5 times and maybe get everything ordered 2 of those times. Ordered today a lunch meal, salad didn’t come. They sent the dressing but not the salad. I paid extra for avocado, no avocado. People don’t work to give away money. Check your orders before you send them out!!!! No compensation from DoorDash for missing items. Wasted money.

A hour after we were seated we still did not have our food, a manager came by and said a mistake happens and our order was not submitted so they did it then , me and my two daughters waited another 30 min and our food finally came . However they did not submit my moms order so she ended up waiting 2 hours to get her food . And my daughter ordered the cheese quesadillas and they were so over cooked it was awful , probably will never go back .
This was a terrible dining experience - not because of the staff or food though, thankfully. As soon as we were seated we were given instructions to scan a QR code to access the menu. This made looking at our choices so difficult that I was forced to ask the host if they had actual menus. Thankfully they found some, but my mother-in-law commented that if it had just been her & her husband they would not have known what to do and would have left rather than feeling embarrassed by asking for help.Next the waitress came to take our orders. Rather than write down our orders and then going to a kiosk to enter them, she had a tablet-like device to enter them directly. She was unfamiliar with the system which caused the process to be slow and had the 3 of us repeat our orders multiple times.Finally, we were brought another device to pay our bill with at the table. Our waitress left while we were paying and somehow our order disappeared from the screen.I understand all businesses want to use technology to their benefit, but sometimes these "advances" are just upsetting & alienating your costumers. Unfortunately, even though the food was great, we will not be returning to Chili's in the future.(Side note: they also had a low-ish health score and the silverware was noticeably dirty.)
Ordered curbside because wait is always too long. Missing several items so I called and they told me they were out of those items, I had to request substitutions. My to go drink was in a kidd cup because they were out of big to go cups. Different offer a refund or another drink to make up the difference in size. Food was miniscule and dry.
I came to redeem my gift card for my messed up original order. I called in my order - arrived and it was WRONG AGAIN. It took this store 47 minutes to give me my order - it was TWO SPINACH CHEESE DIPS - does this take 47 minutes?! I told the manager that 3 strikes and your out, this was number two. But seeing as how I watched orders go out and go out, while I waited on 2 cheese dips, I’m done. This is the WORST Chilis I’ve ever been to. I will also be adding this review on Google.
