Waited over 15 minutes for curbside. Never got our food. Had to get back to work so we called and had to get a refund.
Terrible service I ordered 3 chicken biscuits at 6:45 am for curbside after 12 minutes of waiting to have never seen the first employee walk outside I left in frustration and lost out on my $12. Never again will I go to this location. Maybe it's time to reevaluate your management and get reacquainted with the lord. I will be praying for you.
went on bingo day with my 2 small children the workers gave my kids bingo cards but ended up getting some crayons an paper for them as they didn't care to play bingo while we ate breakfast, also paused the game and helped me calm my oldest who has autism down after a Dino skeleton game at the arcade scared her. love the restaurant, the workers are very polite an helpful.
This is literally a chick fil a with McDonald’s workers. The food takes really long, and the orders usually come out wrong. You can order sauces on the app but most likely won’t receive them in your bag. Also, if you get the Chick fil A app and compare prices of the two stores (one in Dalton Mall & one on Walnut), the mall charges significantly more for the food than the location on W Walnut. I’d say go to W Walnut Chick fil A instead, cause the workers at the mall don’t care about the quality of food in curbside. They will take 30 minutes on a single chicken mini breakfast meal, then bring all the food out cold. They also will forget your utensils/straw after you wait too. Don’t forget they’ll give you a sweet tea if you order a coke!
Omg... 30+ dollar's for a chicken sandwich combo w/Mac and cheese and a spicy chicken sandwich meal w/ Mac and cheese they never asked if I wanted a upsize just did it the Mac substitute was 5.00 redicolus this is why they don't have to be open on Sunday. Never again will I pay that for fast food it's good but it's fast food come on Chick-fil-A wow
This is the only Chick-fil-A in the country that I think is bad. Service is terrible. You’ll order ahead of time and still sit for 15-20 mins. When you get the food the condiments are either wrong or you don’t even get them. Just very sorry Chick-fil-A. Go to the one near the interstate. Even if you have to drive it’ll be quicker for you

Mobile order still waited 25 minutes after I arrived unbelievable I’m better off going to the one by the interstate only one star because couldn’t give less ?
Out of the 100s of times I've been here I've only had a few pickle mishaps when they weren't supposed to be on my sandwich but were. No biggie. And only one time I got my meal all allll messed up. Got a spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and that was the exact opposite ?
Slowest lines of any chick Fila, 30 mins waiting so far. no signs to determine which line is drive thru or curbside. Get it together chick Fila.
