Food quality has improved some. But they don't label the food anymore. You are not sure what you are getting. I know what something's are. But I have gotten pork when I thought it was chicken. Don't like that at all.
Should've checked my receipt before I left. The paper I was given to bring to the register said I owed $41, which makes sense for 1 adult and 3 children for lunch time. When I got to the register the woman asked if I'd like to leave a tip and since she had the paper I confirmed it was $41 and when she said yes I asked to add a $14 tip to it. I didn't think I'd need to double check my receipt since she confirmed the price. When I checked my bank account I was charged $59.50 total. Instead of the $41 that was written on the paper, I was charged $45.50 for the buffet. I tried calling to confirm their prices and they just hang up on you without even saying hi.ETA: finally got someone on the phone and they said it is $8.50 for kids my kids ages with drink included, and $15 for me with drink included. That's $40.50, so I was charged an extra $5 for my meal. May not be much, but if they do that to every customer it adds up. They also didn't specify if that was lunch or dinner prices, but seeing as it's dinner now, either the prices are the same for both or I was especially overcharged since I went in around 1pm
Very little selection and most of what they had was cold. The womens bathroom was worse than a gas station! There was feces all over the toilet. The one that cashed us out didn’t seem to concerned, makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen!
Food ok but this time my family got attacked by a man inside chef lins he was very rude and instead of apologizing to my family they apologized to him like we did something wrong ? ? I will never return to this place ???????
I went and paid and the rude lady threw a bag at me didn’t help me put the food in the bag and after i left she started yelling and kept saying i didn’t pay i will never go back again one of my friends has found a bandaid in there mediocre food and they are always watching over us looking at what we are getting like it isn’t a buffet that we paid for to get what we would like i would give it a zero if i could
We have been here several times and I just don't like this place. The bathrooms are always filthy and nothing feels clean. The restaurant is so dimly lit you can hardly see your food. The food just isn't that good and today I got a couple of chicken wings because they looked so good. When I bit into one, it tasted wild - like it had gone bad before they cooked it. As a side note, a beggar was standing outside the door with a sign wanting money. It made me not want to go in from the get-go, but my husband wanted to eat here. ? Just look at the sidewalk and it will show you how gross this establishment is - THOUSANDS of dried gum wads stuck to the sidewalk. THOUSANDS!!
Everything was really fresh and the food tasted amazing,I will definitely go back here with my friends again. And the staff were on top of everything for us as well.
When I walk in and you’re watching NewsMax and it’s turned up loudly so everyone has to hear your divisive propaganda you automatically get 1 star!If I could have immediately walked out I would have!!!This place is trash and the buffet options are tiny!
I went in for a quick dinner, I pick up my food; I’m surprised by a piece of hair in my lo mein you can clearly see in the photo. I’m very disappointed by this and I will no longer be eating at Chef Lin 0/10
1 star only bease 0 wasn't an option. The worst I've had. Nothing was labeled. The sprite I ordered was brown! I had to order and wait for another one. Food was bland at best. I suspect that I had an undercooked piece of chicken but due to the horrible dimmed lighting I couldn't be sure. To top it off I was forced to pay $52 for 4 adults to eat subpar Chinese food. I will never again eat at this, or any chef lins ever again. Save your money, and avoid this place.
