Dining room closed at 9:15 on 05/17/2022 went to drive thru was also closed but website says closes at 10pm called the place and asked for corporate's phone number no she gave me the district the lady gave me her district manager number which I didn't want cause she stated we close early because of COVID and being under staff. You all need to staff your restaurants with people who want to work .
Tonight was my first time to visit this location as I am new to this area. I came through drive thru. I ordered catfish with fries and extra hush puppies. When I got home, I saw that I got the equivalent of 1 piece of fish. The French Fries were so hard that they were inedible. One of the hush puppies looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. I tried twice to call the store. No one answers the phone. I want my money back. This is very unacceptable. Captain Ds normally has great food. Not this location. I was very disappointed.
I absolutely love their fish, shrimp and the crab!!! I do miss the cracklings ? wish they would bring them back!!
If I could give this establishment negative stars, I would. Myself and two other vehicles waited for over 20 mins in the drive thru tonight. When the two vehicles in front of me were trying to go around the other cars already in the line in the drive thru I was wondering why? When I got to the speaker box, some young kid rudely told me that they were closed. I told him that I had been waiting in line for over 20 mins. He cussed me out. The lady in front of me said that his name is Josh and that he was rude and cussed at her also. This establishment is poorly ran and should be shut down. I will be calling the corporate office along with the other people in front of me on Josh in the morning.
While waiting for 2 minutes for someone to change out the register, a lady comes out the door with her flipping hands down her pants! I asked her to wash her hands in front of other customers! (Boy did I get a look! Seriously!! Disgusting) I mean you work in a restaurant you should know serve safe rules an regulations. The manager should have been the first one to ask her to wash her hands cause she saw it!!! I will not bring my husband back to this restaurant again!
Just now got home and of course should have checked my bag of food. I have no Cole slaw, no honey mustard, fries are old and soggy and my food is almost cold . I've tried to call them but no answer. If it wasn't late and a 7 mile drive back there I would drive back to night so instead I will be there tomorrow!!! Not happy
The online menu sucks if you're not going to give out the prices you should take the menu down if you don't want people know how much yourcharging for your overpriced food.
The food was ok, but the wait in the drive-through was extremely long. There were only 4 cars ahead of me and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. The staff seemed to be totally overwhelmed.
Delicious food, but staffing shortage meant that dining room was closed.
Really disappointed we order $45 worth of stuff to get home and our plates where not even half full. Plus our receipt was ripped up in the bag.
