Okay for fast food.. They always over cook the onion rings a bit but I'm not complaining. Still gonna eat here for a quick bite..
ordered 2 orders and they were missing fries and I asked for PLAIN cheeseburgers for 2 kids meals talked to the rude girl at the window and told me well next time ask for plain she rolled her eyes at me and didn’t want to replace my burgers I clearly said PLAIN manager Kenzie needs to do a better job. They don’t care they just want you out of the drive thru
Great service and comfortable
Went through the drive thru and they were not busy at all. Ordered, got food, back to work and they left my fries out. I only ordered a cheeseburger and fry! Nobody else was there! No excuse! Do better!
Stopped for a quick bite to eat later in the evening. I placed my order and paid the bill. Although there was no one behind me in line, I was asked to pull forward to have my order fulfilled. I know they do that to reduce their total service time, but it always ticks me off…
Let me tell you a little story. At about a quarter past seven my family and me Pulled up to Burger King and we were 3 cars behind behind the person ordering at the speaker Box. So I ask does anyone want something from zaxby's and my wife decided she would have a salad so I said "I'll walk it'll be faster" (jokingly). I walked to zaxby's ordered the food and walked back before she even gets to order. In total it was about 40 min from the time we entered the parking lot and left.
Burgers was great! Great customer service at the window..nothen like seeing a beautiful smile for a change
I'm not good with technology and the young lady helped me with download the app so I could get a sandwich for 37 cents now that's awesome she was amazing plasent
Loved it they did a special request for me cause I can't eat seeds and made me a burger with two bottoms so I could eat there
