After not going to a single burger king for a decade because I got sick from it I decided to give it a go again. I got the Spicy Ch'King. Very solid chicken sandwich, loved the sauce on it, was very creamy and crunchy at the same time.The employees were very kind and easy to communicate with, I received the food about 3 mins later and sat inside on the cushioned chairs. Nice solid experience for my first burger king in a decade.So far I haven't gotten sick again so 5/5 starsMy rat also liked the chicken sandwich btw
I went through the drive though and a young lady taking orders said hold on please I said ok so a while went by and I said I’m ready when you are mam she ok I’m still making milk shakes I said it ok I need one too and laughed to lighten her mood and she said yea and mocked my laugh I said are you ok young lady she said yea are you I said do you have a manager she said yes would you like to speak to her I said oh yes definitely I’ll be rite in I explained what happened to Makaylah and she apologized for the employees behavior and I got 50 percent off my meal this young lady gave me no haste was very polite and deserves a raise or promotion her customer service is off the charts ty Makaylah ??
Never had an issue with my order. They are normally very quick and pleasant. It's a little tricky getting in and out but that's not on the staff. They did a great job. Food was hot and as ordered.
Everything was cold and the hamburgers were like hockey pucks. I would of returned for a refund, but we were already back on the interstate.
Food was good, order taker was helpful. Bathroom clean.

Keep the $4!!!The order went goode. The checkout went goode. All nice and professional. Asked me to pull up because we were waiting on the platter. That's fine, too. It came out quickly and on my way. Still all goode, until I get back to Cohutta to find that the SEC and BEC croissandwich are not in the bag!!!! Someone missed the fact this was one total order. Come on, guys either give me the sandwiches at the tyme I paid, or make sure they go out the back with the platter. This is basic!! Called back 3 tymes before they would answer! Told them what I told y'all and it was met with a blank apology and they could refund or have it replaced. Drive back?!! Naw, I am not coming all the way back. So she barely gets my name and I told her I would want to speak to a manager. She apologized again. And we ended the call. I even told her, during the call, I shouldn't have to come out of my way to fix their mistake, they should be going out of their way to fix theirs. But that's not going to be. So keep the $4, because I paid to get breakfast, but I am eating a lesson! Check the bag, because yall won't!!!
