The speed of the drive-through service was acceptable.The quality and taste of the roast beef seemed to be better than on recent visits to this location.We received a complete and correct order.

I love this Arby's better than the one located in dalton cause to me it seems my hot food is a whole hotter to the taste(warmth) than the other.. i dontblike to tell the employee to heat my food. I know its supposed to be kept to temp but alot of the times its not.. HOWEVER THIS ARBY'S I AM REVIEWING does a fine job. Just keep the food hot and buisness will always stay hot ?. Thank you guys.. and gals. 4 stars for mediocre curly fries.. good but can be hotter as well..(warmth)
Good friendly service always gets my order right just wished morning biscuits were fresh and not microwaved

Bad experience. Get there and there's 9 people in line and only 1 person taking orders and was obviously new as she struggled with every order.I order a large French dip combo, extra meat. Gal didn't know how to add extra meat and had to wait some more for someone to come show her how.Finally get my order, ask for my drink cup and she hands me a med cup and I tell her I ordered large. She informs me they don't have any large cups and I said, then why charge me for a large and not tell me that. She was going to call a Mgr and have him refund the difference back on my card.. lol I told her just to let it go, that I wasn't worried about the small difference.So, being a team driver with my partner in the truck waiting on me I grab my bag and rush out. I open my bag and grab some fries and they were ICE COLD.On to the sandwich... I've ordered many French dips from Arby's and am well versed in the sandwich size with extra meat. This sandwich most definitely didn't have extra, but I paid for it. My favorite part of eating this sandwich is dipping it in the auju. I open the container and it isn't even half full. I only had enough for half the sandwich. Why use such a big container if you are only going to fill it 1/4 full??I was so hungry and so disappointed. This isn't a normal Arby's experience for me... come on folks, you can do better!!
They have good parking and clean facilities but they know you can't go anywhere else so they charge highway robbery prices for everything. 3.50 for a medium fountain drink. It was 16 dollars and change for a salad, juice, and a tea.
For being attached to a truck stop, this Arbys does a great job in my opinion. At all time's of the night they can be hit with loads of traffic yet they handle it and keep on moving. Always clean which is a plus for any restaurant. I will continue to eat here.
We were traveling to our winter home and stopped for gas and Arby's was in the plaza. Very good service and fresh food. It was first we had it in a long time and was very nice change from burgers.
