When u call no one answer in till 15 to 20 minutes later. If your in business you supposed to answer quickly as possible. That way you get better ratings. Pay your employees better n you get better results and keep the owners away. No trust no business.
This is the best restaurant in town. The waiters are very friendly are quick. The food is freshly prepared and nice and warm when handed out.

Food was pretty good. I didn't get chips and salsa with my to go order and they also don't have a lunch menu.

This place is disgusting!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. the girls in the front never get orders right to go and the food is expired!!!! It’s bad enough they had bad attitude and they food just gets worse and worse.I suggest puritas close to the hospital for authentic, fast , and friendly service. I will never be back to alondras!!!!!
I’m starting to miss the old Alondra’s or when they first had opened. I haven’t ate there since May of 2021 but my mom and I decided to get food to go. One their pasta is not the same anymore i don’t know whose back there cooking but man it’s not the same. The pasta has a new sauce now it’s not as orange as it use to be. It doesn’t taste the same and second my mom had ordered lomo saltado and it looks burnt ! We ate as much as we could but they honestly need to do way better.
Food is not what it use to be, and the customer service is just horrible. They NEVER answer the phone smh, you literally have to drive there to make a to go order smh .
The food is amazing!!! I choose alondras to cater my daughters birthday party and it was a success. The food was given to us on time and nice and hot. Everyone loved it and the pasta was gone before we knew it. I highly recommend
I have always loved their food, always so good but recently the service has been HORRIBLE!!! The lady upfront with glasses (the manager) is always so rude and unwelcoming. I call to make to go orders and they NEVER answer!! One day I called she didn't answer So I decided to go inside and she wouldnt take my order. I feel so sorry, because this has always been my favorite but recently I have had to go eat somewhere else because service is just awful! Y'all really need to work on Customer Service because yall have NONE!! && To keep a bussiness open and busy its CRUCIAL TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! If you plan on not taking to go orders by phone you should do online ordering. But it really is a big inconvenience having to go in and place a order because you dont answer it and then saying you cant take my order. VERY RUDE!!! The service at their old place WAS WAY BETTER!!! Whatever changed needs to change again! Our family has always been a fan of Alondra’s but this is such A SHAME!!
