Ive been going there every week for a few years. Recently theyve made numerous mistakes on my drive through orders. Yesterday I ordered a cajun club and fries. They repeated the order back correctly and charged correctly. When I got home the container had a sticker that said cajun meal. When I opened it the sandwich was a signature sandwich with fried chicken. It wasnt even a signature club. No bacon, only chicken lettuce and tomato. This has happened to me several times at that store. Someones not paying attention. Once I had them take a cobb salad and fake a blackend blue salad by putting blackend chicken in it. It had ingredients that didnt come in a blakend blue but did in a cobb.
Never had a problem at this location. Chicken sandwich is always the go to. Sometimes they are a little more dry than preferred but still good. Service is pretty quick and the orders are correct.
Fast service and delicious food! Best chicken Zalad around!! Everyone was super friendly and it always feels nice being greeted when walking through the door and seeing everything so clean. Definitely recommend!
It's good food, don't get me wrong, but during busy times, the wait at this location can be around 45 minutes from the time you get in the drive-thru line until you get your food. Don't forget to pull straight into the parking space ahead of the drive thru lane, you'll want to take a moment to audit the order you received and then go inside to get your sauces and straws (assuming you're not missing any food, then you'll want to get that, too, I suppose).
The folks working there do not care and their ineptitude will get you food poisoned. Buyer beware is an understatement. My last meal there, chicken that was old and refried to oblivion. Coleslaw with sour mayo that got me sick. Stale Texas toast that was served at the Alamo. Seriously, if you need to eat at this chain, go to another location. I'd complain to the manager but I don't ever want to eat there again so it's not worth the waste of time. Best I can do is warn you all.
The bread was not toasted. We asked for BBQ and received hot. The fries didn't have the season on them. I guess they were rush to get off.
Placed a order through drive through. Waited 15 minutes maybe longer for the order. They never came to say ‘hey sorry for wait or ANYTHING’ I was just sitting. Finally get the order and drive all the way home. Get home, the boneless wings are hard as rocks! Called them before I left my home to let them know. They offered to do a remake. Got to the window, the cashier had no idea that I called. Had to wait another 15 minutes. Also had 6 cookies, they forgot those. I just asked for my money back. Get my food, u would think after waiting all that time, the order would be fresh. The wings were fine but the fries were lukewarm and stale. Very disappointed.
Ordered online but you can't pick up inside the store because they're short-staffed so you have to sit in the 8 car line anyways...Here's an idea ?. Close the dining room and people can just go in an pick up their order. How is that not better for you?They couldn't even muster an apology. ? Since you already paid for the order online there's nothing you can but wait.
Hair in my food, which was resolved with ease, by the teenage manager. New replacement meal they gave me tasted a little odd, come to find out I have food poisoning & continuously throwing up.
I'm not sure why I still try this location. Customer service is horrible and they are super slow. My last order I couldn't eat. Tried to call back and no one answered the phone.
