Got 2 salads to go. Quick, efficient service. Then an amazing kindness from Ranae. It was so completely unexpected, that it overwhelmed me.All the staff were quick efficient and kind as well.And I had to know who was behind it...it was Ranae. I had to thank her personally, and the reason she gave for her kind act surprised me even more...I will keep her in mind for a long time, and will try to never forget her.Thank you.

Got in line at 9:30 and left without my food at 10:00 when I was ordering all I hear is laughing and she had me repeat my self many times and the line did not move at all

Great restaurant, New staff makes it somewhat challenging to get your order right the first time, but patience and understanding will prevail. Once the order was produced correctly, the food was hot, fresh, smelled great and tasted great, drink machine was stocked and ready. Overall this Zaxbys did not disappoint, keep up the good work.

There was a nice worker outside taking orders tonight, she made sure she let us know what exactly they were out of before we ordered. She was pleasant even though it's cold, it was a nice experience.

I work late on Friday, so for the last two Friday’s I have bought Zaxby’s for dinner. On both visits, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, so I decided to order on the app instead. The first time I ordered, my food was supposed to be ready at 7:47pm. I ordered at 7:30. I walked in at 7:47, but I was never acknowledged from the staff. Finally, at 8:08pm, I asked where was my order? I finally get it at 8:13, and without even a simple apology. Tonight, I order on the app again, and it’s supposed to be ready at 6:38pm. I send my son in to get the food at 6:37, but he returns telling me that the doors are locked. Now, I realize that there is a shortage of employees, so I wasn’t upset. I drove to the other side, and asked one of the young ladies in the drive thru window, how could I pick up my online order? She tells me that I can meet her at the window. As I’m waiting, a different young lady comes to the window, and asks me what am I waiting for? I tell her that I am ready to pick up my food. She proceeds to tell me that “The dining room is closed.” I said “I know but you just told me that I can meet you at the window.” She says “I didn’t tell you that,” and turns around to ask who did? Eventually they bring me my food, but the young lady had the nastiest look on her face. Listen, although those young ladies could have handled me better, I do not blame them for tonight. I am upset with Zaxby’s. If your stores are closing at random times, and are choosing when they are and aren’t going to open the dining room, Zaxby’s should block app/online orders. I’ve been sitting in the parking lot, writing this review, and my son has counted over 30 people who have been turned around at the door. I know that many of which are from Uber Eats, and DoorDash. It’s just sad that more isn’t being done to help out. The lack of employees is not from a lack of sales. If it’s monetary related, shame on this franchise owner. I won’t be back until I see consistently shorter drive thru lines. I refuse to order on the app again, as an attempt to avoid conflict. If you’re seeing this, just go across the street to Chic-Fil-A. They have Chicken strips, a smile, and they take care of their employees.

I like how they can mix the drink. Food and salad fresh always.

They never get my order right…they can’t say they are under staff bc I went inside and it was plenty ppl…if they had the same energy as fixing the food as they did playing maybe it would be correct

The line is very long at times, but well worth the wait. Good food, served fast with a smile. And they give a good military or veteran discount.

This Zaxby’s management needs to do better & get more people on schedule because it’s always slow. Today I finally decided I won’t return back to this one for a long while. First off, the tone from the girl taking my order was terrible, almost like she was angry with me. I ordered two Big Zax Snak meals today & right after I pulled off, both of my meals didn’t come with bread. I paid full price and everything, so I usually expect everything to be there.
