Wendy’s is my favorite restaurant but I’m going to Hiram if I order in the evening from now on. The closing staff is the absolute worst. They are extremely slow and rude. I understand that fast food restaurants are understaffed but these workers truly don’t care. If they are this careless at the menu and windows, I can’t imagine how poorly the kitchen is run. Good luck to this location and any of the customers that go here.
There is nothing like a good old-fashioned fresh hamburger from Wendy's. The Dave's double burger. It's a little pricey, but also delicious and juicy. I don't have any pictures of this one.
Fries were cold. Nuggets were cold and chewy. The burger bun was completely soggy. Absolutely my worst experience with Wendy's ever! I will never be back to this location! Oh...and let's not forget that I was made to feel like a nag for asking to have my fries replaced. (The fries were all I tried before leaving the parking lot).
Very delicious food, I would love to come again. So now we’re having to thaw out meat to cook something when our plan was to eat out on a Friday night . Customer service is starting to be very scarce at restaurants now a days it’s getting bad
Very rude employees. Will just look at you and not help you if you walk up to the counter. Saw a young lady that was cooking the nuggets grab the girls face beside her with her gloves on and then went back to working with same gloves on. Also seen the girl making the hamburger scratch the inside of her ear and then went back to making burgers. ? will not be back ever.
Food is great. Service is great, but they have consistent problems with their card readers. I watched several cars drive away without their food because it was down. Not good for repeat business. I hope their manager takes that for action and fixes the problem. I don't like standing at the counter for 13 minutes trying to pay for my food.
I went this evening to this Wendy’s location for the first time and it will be the last time too.We went thru the drive thru to pick up dinner after my granddaughters ball game. We had order and pulled up to the first window to pay. The person that was working that section, I thought at first they was asleep. When they finally looked up to take our money seemed like they would rather be ANY where but there, but I was like ok whatever they must be just really really tired. When I went to the next window to get our food, the person that was working that window had a whole lot of eye rolls for me. When we check our kids meal there was NO chicken nuggets in their kids meal bag and when I said something i got a an eye roll she took them back and then shoved them back at me and shut the window didn’t give me a chance to let her know there was NO sauces for everyone’s nuggets in any of the bags. I waited until she opened the window back up and she just stared at me, I then told her there is no sauce and again I got an eye roll. When we got home 2 of the 4 pc nuggets only had 3 in them and my large fry was only half full. I will not go back to this location.
How do you expect to do business on a saturday night through a drive thru if you're only taking mobile orders. This is twice on a saturdat night we have gone up to this wendys to get a frosty and they have told us they were only accepting mobile orders. Unacceptable!!!! This has to be the worst wendys around. This was actually the 3rd strike the first one was about a month ago trying to get a frosty and they had shut the machine down 2 hours before closing. Go ahead wendys, you might as well close this location because they never have anything or arent working. Pathetic!!!!
Food was cold and not what I ordered. This has happened twice now. Had to throw the food out. This Wendy's could use some better management.
Pink chicken and a pink burger. It was a little busy, I’ll give them that. But the middle of the burger was COLD. One more bite into that chicken and it’s basically raw.Update: I have food poisoning now. Woke up at 4 am and have been puking, among other things, for hours. Save yourself the trouble and just don’t even try it. Thanks a lot to the d**ks working there.
