Service was fast and the food was great. As it should be. I mean come on it's Waffle House can't go wrong. Most definitely going back.

They never answer the phone ! I was told by an employee that they don’t answer the phone for to go orders because they don’t get tips ! Not a great look
Walked in, placed a large order and was served fast. Staff was friendly and easy to converse with.
Seriously? It's the above average Waffle House. Good service. Good comfort breakfast food. A regular weekly stop.

Refused to do our to go order! Said they were under staffed with 5 employee's working. 2 showed up in the parking lot as we are leaving. I believe they just didn't want to work. I have been here before when they are understaffed. I understood that time but 5 employee's is plenty for a waffle house.

I love the Waffle House, but today I couldn't eat my food after getting it recooked. They were training a new cook, and that's okay, but if my food wasn't right and I couldn't eat it, I should have received a discount, but I didn't, and it isn't very pleasant to pay for something you didn't eat.
