Ordered 2 all stars with chocolate chip waffles and paid for extra chocolate chips. Not a single chocolate chip on our waffles. No butter. No jelly for the toast. They offered to give us the correct order but I didn’t want to drive 12 min back up there. So then I went to cut in to my waffle and there was this huge black thing in it. Looks like a melted chunk of grease and burnt food. So gross! Really disappointing.
Great service today from Christina. The food was fast and good. However, wehad a very hard time getting into the place as this 18 wheeler was literally blocking the entry and exit. Watched as several people, including myself, were forced to make uturns out of the entrance as they would not fit between the truck and the curb. Would not have been so bad except that they had plenty of room to back up and only had to go about ten feet back to prevent all the problems. One customer couldn't even get out of her spot and had to wait for about 10 minutes. We even tried to help her back out of the spot. As she was struggling, the driver just stood at the truck and watched. After watching he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. It was really frustrating as the whole problem was completely preventable and caused some unnecessarily dangerous situations.The plaza needs to be made more accessible to big rigs for certain but these guys could have acted better for sure.
Why is half of the restaurant closed. They have 5 employees having a great time chatting and laughing but not doing anything because half the restaurant is closed so they have no tables to wait on. Seems like they chose to not allow customers to use half the restaurant so they won’t have to clean. I wonder if the corporate office knows that half their restaurant is out of service. And don’t give me the Covid excuse because they have everyone crammed in one corner basically on top of each other so that’s not it.
This place used to be good but don't bother coming here if you're White or Asian. I watched 3 groups of folks, come in after a White couple and Asian family were ignored by the staff, who got seated and served before people who were waiting in line. Woke restaurants don't deserve the business.
My granddaughter and I stopped in for brunch a few days ago. The restaurant was very crowded and we had to sit and wait for about 10 minutes before being seated. We had the best waiter. He was awesome and very attentive. The food was good, hot, and fresh.
The food was great! The cost has gone up like everywhere else. The service was also good.
Since when is WH not 24 hours?Regardless, I was there this morning just after 7am and an employee locked the door as we were parking. They all ignored us standing outside in the cold. We wanted to have a special breakfast out before taking the kids to school.I doubt the service inside is much better, but I wouldn’t know because I couldn’t make it past the front door. Where do you think the payroll money comes from? This is my local WH but I’ll be driving to the next closest from now on.
We rarely visit waffle house, but this locations cook was the very best. We got 2 grand slams I think they're called, and everything was perfect, even the bacon was crispy unlike the soggy bacon we've always seen with other locations.
3RD SHIFT COOKS ARE, BY FAR, THE ABSOLUTE BEST WAFFLE HOUSE COOKS I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF ORDERING FOOD FROM!!! They cook them orders correctly and take pride in their work... As tired and hurting as they may be, they still cool every order to perfection!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WAFFLE HOUSE!!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
There was 10 workers in there and they said we can only order from 6 items off a small menu because they said they was understaffed but had 10 employees in there working and still took 30 mins for our food with only 8 people in the store eating. Do better!!!
