Clean, friendly atmosphere and great sandwiches.
The guy made me order online instead of in person to get the special even though I was already there. So I ordered online for pickup. I stood there as he made the sandwiches. When I noticed he wasn’t putting any veggies on the sandwich I asked why. Apparently the online order didn’t process any of the veggies I selected. I asked him to add the veggies and he refused. To make it worse, he was the manager. A complete jerk!!
My wife & I get sandwiches here several times a week. Always great service.
We placed an order online accidently chose the wrong store. There is no way to cancel the order online you have to call. The reasturant has taken phone hook or something because it doesn't ring. There should be an option online to cancel an order

I found a gum wrapper in my food with chewed up gum in it. The girls did not believe me that worked there, even smiled and giggled at me, they made a comment about "maybe I shouldn't have eaten the whole thing" (bc I was on my last couple bites) is why they wouldn't refund it. Then before I had even walked away, they went to the back and outwardly talked about me and laughed at me (loud enough for everyone to hear) in front of a store full of people. It was embarrassing and she didn't even say sorry. She told me I could just talk to her manager tomorrow. Emailed corporate because you can't just talk to someone and I got an automated response. I emailed again to try to speak with someone, nothing. Sad because when I told people about this they even asked before I said who it was, "was it the two young girls?" That tells me their customer service is an all around joke. This franchise does NOT care about their customers. No apologies, no follow ups, no nothing but being made fun of for their nasty mistake.
Although the food was good, and looked pretty fresh even near closing time. The price is pretty high. For any thing signature they are no cheaper than anywhere else. With a combo being 9+ dollars.It was good, but too expensive for a glorified sandwich.
This is the best Subway in the area. Consistently the best quality and staff.
This place is chronically out of at least one ingredient on every single visit. Honestly, it's become a game in my family... "Guess which item they're out of *this* time." Sometimes onion, other times tomato.It was turkey on this visit.
This is the 3rd time we’ve given this location a try and have had nothing but bad experiences. Will not be back!
