I eat from this subway at least 4 times a month, I have no complaints. It is the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. I have looked a health department score which is a 100, that means alot. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The lady in the afternoon actually helped me download rewards app to save me money.
This place keepsLeaving ingredients off the sandwich. It clearly is on the receipt but not on the sandwich. This place needs some investigation. They do not have it together here . I was not greeted with “Welcome to Subway “ when I came in . I was ignored until I finally asked where do I pick up my online orders ? This store needs to train employees!!!
If I could give this establishment a zero I would , I was in line for my food mind me I was being lazy after getting off of work and said screw it and went to the subway nearest too me and that was the worse idea food looked like it’s been sitting out for long period of time especially the chicken . But waiting in line two older couple was ordering , I just walked in the door an older man taking their order huffed like it was a big deal to server me my 6 in . Skipped forward Iv been waiting 8 mins for this man to finish what he’s doing , they get to the register and they both have coupons , they are paying separate . The lady working with him not doing doing anything this whole time turns around and starts screaming that it’s one coupon person transaction , the old lady explained she was paying separately and she yelled at her that she would have to leave and come back so the poor old lady walked out and walked back in , such a b**ch . I will forever be going to the subway near Kroger best service !!! Every time I come to this subway they alway disappoint horrible food always and Iv worked at subway before their food just is off !! Don’t eat there .
Very friendly staff. Also, they take the coupons that get sent in the mail.
Do not go to this subway ! They tried to charge me 17 bucks for a bmt sub, after I tried to walk out the lady yelled at me to stay that she would fix it her name was Tanya she is the manager, so I let them fix it when I got my sub it had so much Mayo I couldn’t eat it she told me she couldn’t do anything for me or replace my sub after trying to over price my sub she wouldn’t give me the number to corporate either

This use to be my favorite subway but not anymore. Past couple of times have been awful. Super slow. Man literally put so much mayo on my sandwich I couldn't eat it. Just go down the street to the kroger one
Worst subway in paulding county. Out of main menu items consistently. Sandwich makers make u feel unwanted and rushed not a welcoming environment at all.
Great subway great service we love coming here it’s close to our house and the people here are always very nice and respectful they always get our sandwiches right every time
Rather go up to the Subway by Kroger on 278! Both times here I felt rushed and both times they were out of items...main items. One time I even felt like I was a bother...it was only 8pm.The other subway just north of this location by Kroger is SO much better and friendlier.
