I never go to Starbucks. I decided to go on my lunch break today around 2:30 . I ordered a pink drink with almond milk. It’s absolutely awful . I got a venti and I hate that I spent the money on this drink . I guess they used starberry purée . It literally just awful . Nothing like the pink drink not even the dried strawberry in it and the color looks awful , if my break wasn’t almost over I would’ve turned back around to complain. This is why I don’t go . Also a co worker of mine went there also and completely messed up her coffee.
Great Tea! The coffee Frappuccino is a great treat without too much guilt. My kids love the cake pops! Wife fancies banana nut loaf and cold brew.
I go to this location multiple times per week and they are always kind and get my drinks right! I go out of my way to go to this Dallas location and not others. Always leave happy!
i cannot lie the greatest thing ever is mobile ordering. i do that before every shift bc i can’t wait in the long lines every starbucks has (that’s inevitable). i don’t know which employee or why, but they always have mobile ordering shut off- even when they advertise their mobile ordering services with the signs outside. id give 5 stars if that was fixed. employees there are USUALLY very kind but there’s always a few bad apples everywhere you go
Absolutely love this location! the staff is always so sweet and kind! The manager is doing an excellent job keeping the store running smoothly!
Cedercrest Starbucks is the BEST!! I go just about every day. I have never had a bad experience and everyone is always so friendly. I love that I can always ask for suggestions when I want to switch up my drinks and try something new.
Ordered a Venti Iced Mint Tea with honey. A different person that took my order promptly informed me on the intercom that they don’t make their Mint tea iced, only hot. Jess stated they could serve it to me hot and give me a separate cup of ice so I make my own. I told her I’ve always ordered it that way at their establishment and have never had any issues. She asked me to pull around, I paid while she shot dirty looks and eye rolls at me. After driving off and sipping my tea it was not it’s usual yummy ness. They served me Iced Mint Tea with Peppermint Syrup. I’ve had other issues with this particular store, I won’t be back.My request of an iced tea is not outlandish, if that can’t be accommodated with the correct order and a smile then I will spend my hard earned money where I am appreciated.

This Starbucks is getting worse and worse.. after working for Starbucks for years it hurts me to see a store falling so hard due to baristas not caring enough to even make a drink to recipe.. it really isn’t hard and everyone that works for Starbucks gets paid more than we all use too and they care less.. please get it together.
