Went to the Dallas RT and my boyfriend ordered his usual burger. He did not finish the whole thing and decided to eat it later tonight. Only a couple bites in and we notice something odd. He proceed to take the burger apart to find this. A cheese wrapper? Meat wrapper? We don’t know. How can you not see this while you’re cooking the food?Very disappointed and will be the last time we step foot into this RT.

BAD service tonight. Not usual as we are regulars, but tonight was dismal in more ways than I can count. One star for the evening and that's generous.
We always receive great customer service and the food is always prepared just right.
The food was hot and fresh, they cooked my chicken to order and got everything right. My husband said his ribs and baked potato were very good. This restaurant has definitely up'ed its game and created a new menu. Now you ask if it was that good then why only a 4 star rating? Well, they have a 2 for $22 menu but the choices are very limited, but you can expand it for extra money. An extra $6 for the half rack of ribs took it up to eating at more than the regular price. Be careful and look at your menu because the regular 1/2 rack is only $14.99, so technically we paid more for it. Also, the appetizer with the 2 for $22 are spinach and artichoke dip or mozzarella sticks to be shared, honestly they need to make add to it.
Me and my family wanted to try something new so we headed in to Ruby Tuesday in Dallas ga and my goodness was it amazing! I got the new chicken parmesean and its a 10/10. Very moist and delicous. Our servers name is Unique and she was so sweet! Cared about everything and seemed like she loves her job and was just so nice. My other family members rated their meals 10/10, cheese fries and a bacon cheese burger with onion rings! So great. 100% reccomend for people in Dallas ga!
Oh my god where do I start? The food was amazing, we ordered 2 ribeyes & they came out PERFECT!!! Our server Christina was so funny & really made the experience wonderful. She recommended the coconut shrimp & she did us good with that!! We made the manager, Chris, come to the table so we could express what a delightful time we had. He actually signed us up for the rewards program so we could be apart of the club. Will be returning very soon to make use of that.
Worst service I've ever had at Ruby Tuesday. We got an email for salad bar plus potato or soup for $9.99 and $5 burgers. They told us that salad bar deal was for the day before then we showed them our email. They charged us $5.49 for the burger. I ordered the salad bar with soup. I got a salad bar with a potato. I sent the potato back and was offered to bring me my soup, I declined. I also asked for ceasar dressing which I never got. We had to ask for silverware. Needless to say we won't be back. Just so you know we tipped 20% but not for the service we just always do that. So if you get a coupon in an email you better take the email with you. I think management should have spoke to us. We could hear the manager arguing about what were saying but never spoke to us, personally. Bad service. It is a shame because I've always loved Ruby Tuesday.
Once again we had great food and great service from our server, Maliyah. Kudos to the manager, Christina for continuing to keep Ruby Tuesday’s at the top of our local eatery list!
Awesome 5 Star food and service from our server named Dakota. On Feb 12, 2022, party of 14 people celebrating my parents' birthdays together (78 and 75). We come in every couple of years as a group. The location was evidently short staffed resulting in Dakota working our table alone in addition to his other customers. He was friendly, courteous and spot on with his service and never let a single drink get below the half empty point. Anything we needed was immediately addressed. Please extend my family's gratitude to this impressive, hard working young man. I also called personally to advise and thank Bernie the manager. We will be back!
