Waited Waited Waited finally sat ourselves and blonde waitress refused to wait on us. We go there often. Wasted 25 minutes in there today and never got waited on. They lost good customers. We won’t come back.
This was our last attempt. We ordered a large pizza at 5:20 PM for pick up. I was told it would be ready in 30 min. It actually took an hour. The pizza we received was extremely undercooked. We would've ordered from somewhere else if they had been up front on the wait time.
Memorial Day Review: Service was awesome. The food was......raw. How could baked chicken be cold in spots? Good question. It looked like cat food. No more for me.......
We came for the wings and when we were given our wings they came back wrong. (We ordered 10 mean lemon pepper with fries and 10 all flat wimpy wings with fries)We got 10 wimpy with lemon pepper and 10 mean.The waitress said she was sorry and was sweet about it and went back and fixed the order for the 10 wimpy wings (my husband was fine with his order and just got extra lemon pepper). When I got my wings the fries were forgotten. Then we got the check we were charged for three sets of wings … and told that we didn’t send them back so we’re charged for them… this is no way the waitresses fault she tried her best… but i should not have to pay for the mess up and should’ve been asked if the wings that were wrong needed to be taken back and then make my new wings correctly and not charged for the third set of wings….
Great food. Best place in the area. Only advice is to plan for a long time to get your food. However the wait is worth it.
Since we moved into the area we have been there about a dozen times. I like the servers but it always takes forever to get our food. The drink selection is good and the food selection is good, but the food itself is very inconsistent. When it is good it is very good but more and more often(like 60 to 70% of the time now) the food is either very under cooked or burnt. More often than not lately the pizza comes undercooked. The last slice I had the toppings were cold on the underside and barely warm on top. The deal breaker came a couple weeks ago when my wife ordered the meatballs and the cheese was melted on top but the meatballs were literally still frozen. Don't think we will be back.
the pizza and especially the appetizers are soooo good! the customer service is great! one time they messed up my order and overall apologized and made it right within minutes. Highly recommend!
Fun, friendly service (Tara was a hoot)! So excited to find a place that has "pizza rolls", hadn't had my beloved pepperoni rolls since I worked at a chain back in 2004. Food was delicious, we'll definitely be back.
I'm always disappointed when ordering wings because they are not as good as others claim. BUT THIS PLACE RIGHT HERE! Just the right amount of seasoning and the texture is perfect! CRISPY AND JUICY! I am a new resident in the area and can hardly wait for my grands to come back to visit so we can come and enjoy wings and pizza. I have already told them about this place. THEY LOVE WINGS AND I KNOW THEY WILL LOVE THE WINGS HERE. DA LIS C US!
I love this place. I font know the actual schedule but weve been here on trivia night, karaoke night, and there always seems to be a ton of happy people.The staff is great and the food is awesome. A great home town place to hang out and eat.
