I ordered $25 worth of food. When I shielded up to pickup my order, I asked how much it would be to add an additional large pan supreme. I was quoted $23. I looked quickly in the app and found two large pizzas for that price. When I asked about a coupon, I was told there is a $12.99 coupon but I would need to have that coupon. When asked if I wanted to order that, I explained I wasn’t going to spend that for one pizza. The employee was unwilling to budge. He suggested that I look for coupons in the mail. I explained I couldn’t think of the last time that I had seen actual coupon s for Pizza Hut. Basically, he'd rather lose an order that you’d still profit on at $12.99 than provide some sort of discount. I’d my kids weren’t hungry, I would have asked for a refund on my already placed order.
I will never eat at this location again. It had been going downhill for a while - but we had an experience several months ago that was so bad, we hadn't ordered again since. But, as this one is much much closer to our house - we thought we'd try it again and see if things had improved any. It is just as bad. The staff /management are awful - and need lessons in customer service and retention. And lastly, they just simply cannot cook a pizza - its raw every time.
Ordered on afternoon when some unexpected guest showed around lunch time. Easy to order and food was delivered as expected and was hot and exactly what was ordered
They 100% add water to the Buffalo sauce to make the sauce for the wings last longer. Which makes the wings soggy and sauce taste very bland.
The pizza was very good, cooked quickly and the staff was very nice.
Shawn is awesome. He’s worth at least $5.00 an hour more minimum. He fixed an issue with my order and did it happily!!!
