Wow. Worst pizza ever. I only live 3 min from this location. Hurried home and excitedly opened the box. What I got was a dry, cold weak pizza. Toppings barely there. Pay more and go to a decent place that has an edible pizza is definitely my recommendation. I will never go here again. I’m not sure I would even accept a free pizza from this location.
Pizza showed ready when i arrived. I was the third person in the lobby. I then Signed the receipt. Employee then proceeds to complete 4 orders until i say i hope my pizza isn't just sitting in the hot box.... which it was
It was delicious. From the cheesy bread, to the cajun fries, nothing was overly greasy and everything was crisp like its supposed to be. The ONLY thing id suggest is maybe include napkins. (And my box was closed on my bread cutting it a weird way but its all getting eaten so it didnt bother me that much) Because it wasnt overly greasy food, but its still all greasy-like food. Pizza products always are. Thats the only suggestion I had, but everything was still warm when i got it and very lovely. Thank you everyone. I needed that meal.
I placed an order around 4pm to be delivered at 7pm. At 5:25pm, I received a text that my order was out for delivery. I was not home to receive it. I called my local pizza hut questioning the text. The said it was out for delivery and that they are short staffed so that they could not tell me when I could receive another order. Nothing was offered to make up for this error! I spent almost $50 for cold thin crust pizza that I had to try to reheat. It was terrible. Very disappointed!
A person by the name of Sean was very rude and refuses to give a refund for 3 undercooked pizzas at this location. Our pizza was undercooked, slimy and he stated that he refuses to refund for the pizza. Disconnected the call as well and accused of receiving a past credit which was untrue. This is so unfair. Asked to speak to regional manager. No apology yet and noone from corporatehas reached back out to fix issue. The man also stated that he was the boss and over the entire store.
Pizza was exactly as ordered and customer service was very pleasant and personable.
The crust is amazing and the meat lovers pizza is sooo good!
Make sure the order is correct. I asked for extra sauce on both pizzas and both of my pizzas hardly had any sauce at all.
They got my order to me when they said they would. The food was hot and good. They communicated with me until my food arrived.
