Had the chicken and mushroom pan pizza and it was amazingly delicious, hot and delivered perfect. I was visiting a friends home. Best pizzas from Pizza Hut ever. Thank you.
This location is the worst. More than once it took more than and hr n a half to get my food when estimated delivery was 30 mins. I’ve had to take my food back a couple of times for being over cooked. I’ve given then enough chances
Ordered a three topping with Pepperoni, bacon and pineapple. However, I couldn’t find the bacon and there was only one pepperoni and one pineapple per slice. SMDH
QUESTION. Is there a reason why every time I order a THIN pizza, I get a handtossed? Also, is there a reason why they HAVE to always be BURNT? And do the employees always have to be surly?
My Experience was fine. It's the price I want to complain about.Order one large pan pepperoni and a brownie, and say Deliver it please.$32.00 plus a tip, I always give 7 or 8 dollars, so $40 dollars, IS TOO MUCH, CANCEL THAT ORDER.Drive up there and order the same, and talk real nice, you'll come out under 15.00.
Correct address on online order got messed up on the email confirmation but I didn't notice because it was close. Delivery driver tried delivering order to wrong house, called me, and ended up delivering it about 20 min late to no fault of hers. Don't know how it happened but will not be ordering from there ever again. Dominoes gets it right every time.
I placed order at 11am. When it arrive at 11.45 pizza was luke warm I wanted a hot fresh pizza with fresh melted cheese and toppings. Not an old dried up one. When I called the store the girl was rude and uncaring. She said well I can send you another one at that point who wants to wait 90 minutes for another 1. It should look like what you have in these pictures. It obviously was made upon my ordering then sat for 40 minutes until it was delivered.
The worst experience! Got hung up the first time ordering. Had to call back & placed a simple order - large pepperoni pan pizza & dessert. Placed order second time around, got a call back they were out of the dessert I wanted. No problem, easy switch. Went and picked up the order and then arrived home to find out it was the wrong pizza. Had the right receipt with it but the pizza was not what I ordered. So disappointing and no excuse with 3 people working the counter! Overall, Pizza Hut just keeps going downhill for me! Won’t be back again
Employee people with a better attitude and that will answer your questions in a friendly manner. Also, update your call center websites to reflect what the location actually is out of and what they have. This would have been the 3rd time we called to check on the availability of products just to place our order and receive a call that they are out of things. We were also missing all of our sauces that we ordered to be told they will add a credit for next time.
The pizza was hot, delicious and loaded with toppings! The hut seasoning on the crust is an A+ with our family. The staff at this location has always been cordial to extremely friendly. I am a fan since PH moved to this drive up location!
