Literally the worst moes of all time. Was hung up on after calling because one burrito took over an hour.
I'm sure there is a way to get a good meal from this place... However, the chipotle method of getting a bowl and picking all the raw healthy ingredients you enjoy and assuming they will taste good backfires here. Onions and bell peppers taste like veggie flavored water with zero grill or carmalizarion flavor, black beans are unusually low on flavor(and I barely got any of them), and the pickled jalapenos are gross(literally didn't know that was possible). Also, the portion size is small; I had to say, "can I have twice that much cheese?" in order to get a normal amount of cheese. I did have one single bite that stood out as good, it was adobe chicken, cheese, sour cream, and mushroom... I guess thats all I would get on my next order here. Also guac with chips was solid. Wish it was better bc driving all the way to Chip or Wils stinks.
Amazing service and great team. Food was really delicious and the area was clean.
Came in around 730pm and asked for a quesadilla, they tried to cook it on the tortilla warmer! There was a line out the door and they were cleaning the flat top. I didn't even get full portions of the proteins that I ordered.
The woman who was making my homewrecker was so distracted I had to say multiple times the same thing barely paid any attention to what she was doing so much so that I didn’t even ask for sour cream and she put it on my burrito and when I said no the woman TOOK HER HAND AND SCOOPED IT OFF it was mortifying. I’ve gone here many times they always mess up the order but after that I will never return. Absolutely appalling.
I went to this location last week for the first time and service was Great. The food was good.

Specifically the young lady that works here, Ana. I came in at the very last minute before closing, hungry and just wanted something quick and satisfying. Although they were just about all cleaned up and ready to close shop, she was so sweet and went out of her way to get my food. Most people would have been rude but she was so kind and understanding! I really appreciated her tonight. Great customer service and attitude! ?
Line was somewhat slower than usual but all of the staff was nice and im sure they were doing their best, food was good as always :)
