Waited 10 minutes for coffee this morning because the drive through employee said they were brewing a fresh pot!!! They even had the nerve to ask us to pull forward more while we were waiting because they still had not brought us the coffee and several other customers got their orders and left. They should have told us when we ordered the coffee that it would be longer than usual, we could have made the decision to leave! But they took our money and told us it would only be 2 or 3 minutes. Totally unprofessional!!!
We stopped by just to pick up a coffee and a small order of fries. We tried to make the order on the machines that they now want you to use instead of going to the cash register. Apparently the machine wasn't working, but we didn't figure that out until after we spend all the time trying to make the order and then try to pay for it.We then selected the option to pay at the counter with the order, and took our receipt to go stand by the cash register. He was about another 10 minutes, while we and two other groups of people waited for someone to come to the cash register to actually take the receipt. We had a polite conversation about the fact that we had already made our order, and that the receipt I was providing for the food to the employee was his clue to take the money and actually start preparing the food. We then waited about another 10 minutes, while two other people were served until our coffee and fries were ready. I appreciate the manager was aware of this, and tried to make appropriate efforts to thank us for a patients, but honestly, it's just not something I wish to do again.
This store closes at 12am every evening. I drove up to the drive through so I could get my reg. soda & [email protected] 11:54pm. I kept saying hello well over a few mins and no one answered, however the other car in the other drive lane was also ordering, so I figured my lane was broken and so I drove up to the window ahead of the other vehicle still in the other drive through lane. I waited at the window another 5 mins before anyone said anything. It was now 12am. The guy finally comes to the window with someone else's food, and I'm like I've been trying to get someone to touch in through the drive-thru that I was in and nobody was answering. And the guy was like "oh yeah we close at 12:00." a.m. . I was like "well I was here at 11:54 p.m. I was actually here the same time the guy behind me who's waiting for his food was also ordering." And the guy was like "oh we're not taking any orders anymore." I was like "you guys stay open till 12:00 a.m. you're supposed to take orders." He stared at me,& I asked to see his manager. I waited another few minutes before this girl name Gina gave me a bunch of excuses- she said " we stop taking orders at 11:50pm, it is just the two of us, and the last excuse, we don't have anymore food.." I was disappointed at the poor responses and unprofessionalism displayed, since 3 cars have been waiting outside to get taken cared of- but these people didn't care to go the extra mile. It wasn't even busy .. it was just laziness and I will definitely talk to the store manager, Tinesha about this poor display of service!!! Do not expect the same service at night... Go to another location in which it is the same great service until the actual time they close, every night!!!
This has to be the worst McDonalds in our area! After 10 years+ of horrible customer service, it just needs to be shut down. It has nothing to do with the pandemic or low staffing. It has been like this for over a decade. I will swear off going for months until someone in my family insists on it, and then we have yet another bad experience. I will just take my business to the next local McDs or another restaurant going forward. This morning, my daughter had to have a tea before school. I chose to go into the main drive thru line, because typically at this location the secondary line gets the slow service. No, today it was the main line. After 4 cars’ orders were taken in the secondary lane, I asked for someone to take my order… multiple times. When someone finally asked for my order, I notified them of the issue and they immediately cut me off & would not take my order. I pulled up to the 1st window & told them what was happening. She took my order & apologized. When I asked for a manager, she told me that it was the same lady that cut me off at the intercom. When I pulled up to get my food. The manager was going to hand me someone else’s order. I told her it was not my order & explained what I ordered. She was not listening & repeated the incorrect order to her coworker. I corrected her. Then she abruptly handed me a bag with an item missing. I brought it to her attention. She rudely told me to pull up & forced the window shut. I just stayed in line, because I knew pulling up at this location meant that I would be wasting another 15-20 minutes waiting, just to have to walk in to get my order. A minute or so later, she handed me the missing item. That is NOT how an employee should act & DEFINITELY NOT HOW A MANAGER SHOULD ACT! This location makes McDonalds, as a whole, look horrible! If you cannot find good managers & employees, just shut it down.
This restaurant is absolutely TRASH! I had a bad experience with this establishment almost a year ago and I so happen to decide to order again via the app for two McFlurry. I get there and I was rudely told “we ain’t got no ice cream” there was no apology or anything…. Just attitude, the exact thing happened the last time I came here anf I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s totally this location. I will never come back here!
This McDonalds has been subpar for years, but their ice cream/shake machine fiasco has gone too far. We all know it is always broken, but our most recent trip there resulted in an employee stating that they do not have a machine any more. If that is the case, then they need to stop the false advertising. Shamrock Shake is advertised on their sign. That is false advertising if they no longer have a machine or even if they have a broken machine. They also should put a note or something on the doors, drive thru menu board, etc. if there is no ice cream/shake availability. At least that would be a little bit of customer service.
The food was ok but before ordering at the drive thru I asked the person if they still had a 2 for 6 deals and he said yes. When I got my receipt I was charged full price for both sandwiches. I went in and spoke with the manager that said "oh, that deal went out a day or 2 ago" and still did even try to make anything right. I believe employees should know what deals are active. I work in retail and have worked in food service for over 20 years so I know how it works. This location constantly gets even the simplest orders wrong.. I do NOT recommend this location.
This is by far and above the worst McDonald’s in America that I’ve been too. They have atrocious customer service they forget items and don’t make them right half the time the food is cold and if they mess up your order then you better expect to wait for a new one as they will process other orders before yours. All on top of it taking forever to get in the first place.I will not be going to this McDonalds anymore and I urge others to do the same so that they’ll close it down. I know that won’t happen but I really hope the owners look at these reviews and reevaluate how they run their store.
For them to have a pay raise they still have such attitudes. The manager talk to me with aggression and it wasn’t even that big of a deal I just asked if their ice cream machine was working
This McDonald's seems decently busy so figured it was an ok location. Wrong, cold fries, what looked to be green mold spot in the sprite, didn't recieve the milk or dipping sauce for our child's chicken nugget happy meal. Will NOT be returning to this location any time soon.
