I went to this McDonald's at 2oclock in the morning of May the 12th. At first I pull up and there atleast 3 employees which say they were closed due to short staffing issues. Then one guy says they are willing to take my order. So I order and the food is cold and stale because it has been sitting up do long and they try to sell it to me.

Placed a mobile order and when I arrived the order wasn't ready. So I waited and watched as people approached the counter and ordered. They received there food as I still stood there after a few minutes I just left without my order!!! Couldn't cancel because I had already out I have arrived at the location . So paid for food I never recieved.

This is a terrible place to eat. Do not eat here. The employees are nasty and have a terrible attitude. I got yelled at today by an employee because their ice machine was down and I asked her to make me a drink in the drive thru. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and both managers watched as the other employee got an attitude with me. The food was disgusting and I would like to be contacted by a regoinal manager or corporate

Line wasn't wrapped around the building so we stopped our order was correct with the exception of them forgetting a kids meal apple juice. The lady at the pick up window was very friendly, it was a nice change!

Absolutely terrible fast food restaurant. No reason at all why someone who got an order three sizes bigger than mine with the same exact items got their food before me after I had already been waiting 10 minutes. As disorganized and dysfunctional as it gets while still being able to sell products.

I can't stand McDonalds and this was a last minute decision but I experienced something that I've never experienced at a McDonalds before. Superb customer service!!! Employee Ariana actually came outside, as I had to pull up and wait on my food, to ask me which style egg I wanted on my biscuit as one of the options she didn't wish to serve me due to it's lesser flavor. This person actually used her time to make sure she made me happy rather than just throwing some slop in a bag and calling it a day. I mean, it's just McDonalds, why bother, right? I was floored and I really hope that management reads the survey I did on mcdvoice.com. All three employees that served me today need a $100 gift card. Ariana and the female employee that brought me my food were so sweet and happy that I left smiling. Who does that when leaving McDonalds? Ha. They are awesome!!

I have been eating at this restaurant from the time it opened about one to two times a week, it’s really close. The food is good and everyone is friendly except this time when we were seated at a table in the area where the playplace is located. They have closed the PlayPlace and placed a sign on the door to that area “Play Place closed”. The play area is walled off and completely blocked off, no problem, we’re just eating at one of the tables. Someone comes out to tell us the area is closed and we say ok and was finishing our meal when another person comes out to tell us we have to move right away. We explain that we are not using the play equipment and finishing our meal. They tell us we have to move now!We spend a lot of money at this McDonalds, but we don’t have to!

Ordered 6 of the bacon egg and cheese mcgriddles, it took about 10 minutes but you could tell they were busy.Better service than last visit

Horrible they forget over half my order on a door dash and I called back up there and he said they would replace it not even three days later I called to get it and they told me my name was no where to be found I ask who worked three days before they didn't know the manager how do you not know the manager on shift like they don't have a schedule it's horrible service I would give a zero if I could

After noticing the rating and it being under 90 not sure if I'll ever eat there again. I know running a restaurant can be stressful and we're in a pandemic but When u serve the masses there's no excuse...Quality food is leaving us...time to create in our own kitchens...
