Terrible service my kids love McDonald’s, this happens to be the closest to the house but most of the time, I’m scared to go due to the service that I know I’m going to get from the workers.The worker’s seem to always have attitudes, mess up my order a lot, we get cold or cool fries so we have to ask for hot fries it’s horrible (that’s when the strong attitudes come alive) you have to wait about 15-20 minutes before someone comes out with the new fries, meanwhile the other food gets cold and things start to melt. I’ve had a worker put his whole hand on the top of my cup to close it with no gloves on and his hands were cut up and looked freshly bruised up, some talk over the food, and they just basically have a non caring attitude. I did notice though, when a certain manager is on, in the days (Caucasian lady with glasses and a short cut) I think she’s the manager in the day because she always gets the job done by making sure the food is hot and seems as if she tries her best to stay on top of things.The manager in the day has been very pleasant every time, she doesn’t just leave me standing there for a long time without checking if I’ve been helped or if I’m waiting and help to get me out the door with hot fast food. I’ve also experienced the drive thru while she’s at work also and she’s fast about that as well when I’m there.
They are always busy, but fast service, friendly cashiers, and most of the time our order is accurate.
Ordered through the app with drive through pick up option. My order for 5 people was correct, customer service good. Nothing to complain. Would recommend - thumbs up.
Best McDonald's I've ever been too!!! Awesome customer service every time, food made right, and fast. The one in Hiram is good but this one is even better.
Ordered my food from the kiosk. Got my number. Waited for my food. After over 20 minutes I walked to front. It was 7:35. At 7:42 I was given my food that had a grill ticket time stamp of 7:16. No one bothered to apologize, juat tossed the food at me and went back to doing whatever they were doing. Not that McDonald's food is top tier food to begin with but it was terrible and cold. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Chic-Fil-A.
Terribly slow for curbside. The worst Big Mac I've ever had. It was dry, crumbly and cold. It was also pink in the middle and I had the runs later! The fries were greasy and cold too. We got about $30 with of food and all of it was bad. All together about 15 minutes, the whole thing was a nightmare. This location is on a very downward trend right now!
Slowest place in Dallas. Amazingly considered fast food, but instead I believe they have to catch there beef before they get it cooked. Seriously don’t know how this place is still open

This is the only mc Donald's night people that are nice and makes my burger look like the picture and not messy.
The pros are the drive thru folks were friendly. Food quality was okay.. I mean it's McDonald's.Cons: I paid for a bottle of water which was missing from my order. There was NO BACON on my Bacon quarter pounder! It looked like someone sat on the burger and then put it in the container.
