Paid for a sausage plate which comes with eggs and sausage and came with NO eggs and eggs and cheese and it came with NO cheese. The lady came out of the kitchen, with gloves, first thing that she said it was " I knew your order would come out wrong because the guy up front repeated your order twice" what that is supposed to mean? Same lady who claimed to work in the kitchen touched my food and said but I have gloves! How many things did she touch between her kitchen and coming outside in the parking lot, because I didn't want to hold the line just for cheese and eggs. Very disappointed to start a Sunday morning like this. At the end, after waiting another 30 min, brought my money because I requested but didn't refund back to my card as I requested too and no apologies.

Incredibly rude staff. I ordered 2 large hash browns and some biscuits I checked my bag before leaving the window . I was missing a hash brown and told them the girl got the manager and the manager had me recheck my bag and checked my receipt because she thought I was lying . I had to take everything out of my bag to show her it was not in there. Absolutely ridiculous

The staff taking orders and working the window really nice but when I asked for my order to be repeated the size of the sausage biscuits was wrong I wanted small the manager came to the window and was SO VERY rude and acted like I ordered wrong and had the nerve to keep asking me " so you expect me to fix it " I said yes I ordered over 25 bucks in food and she was acting as if I was a problem.Very rude manager Kristy it even seemed as though her staff was scared to death of her. I would like to give no stars but the young man at the window and young lady that took my order was super nice.Maybe one of them should have her job and teach her how to talk to and handle their guest. I will not be back at this location Ever.

Absolutely horrible experience. Paid $9.01 for a bacon cheeseburger meal. My burger had nothing on it no ketchup or mustard. The customer service at the window was rude. No wonder no one eats at this location. My 1st and last time…

I get the same order everytime and it's always delicious. The drive thru line can often get pretty long, but it always moves steadily. They have a couple very friendly regulars who work the window where you pay and pick up which is nice.

It’s not the food, it’s the customer service. We put an order in 1 hour before we arrived thinking we’d have our food done well before we arrived, nope, they never even looked at our online order, we parked in the pick up area, they didn’t answer the phone, doors were locked, we knocked, they refused to come to the door, I got upset and went around the building and knocked closer to where they were and held my phone up saying I had an online order, in that moment, 1 hour later, they finally submitted our order. So had we not chased them down our order would never have been made. The staff is horrible here, wait forever in lines, don’t honor online orders unless you keep knocking on the door all over the building.

My condolences to the owners of this business! We were so excited to have a Martin’s so close to our house no more Saturday morning drive across the county and get breakfast ….. Wrong I will make that drive from now on ! I have given this location multiple opportunities to earn my business and they have failed from not being open to a wait of over an hour and when you get in the short line “ we are only taking cash today “ two times this happened order was wrong started checking it before I drive off because you can’t go inside and frankly the sign that states please be patient worker shortage I have been either get the labor force you need or CLOSE IT DOWN ! enough we have all worked short staffed it just means those that are working have to move quicker yes I said it get moving always seems to be a few just standing around maybe a new manager would help ? But I am driving across the county to the “old location “ this new one is an abomination and a waste of time! To the owners…. Good Luck !!!!

Simple, and sweet!I'm a fan.I'll be bringing the family as soon as I can.Typically this place is very busy and I can see why. Besides being extremely tasty it was very cheap!The steak biscuit was phenomenal and the best breakfast I've had from a fast-food restaurant. Better than anything at Chick-fil-A.

One of the best breakfasts around, and for a very good price. Everything tastes fresh, bacon is crispy.Can't usually go wrong, and this new location seems on par with the older established stores. Been here several times, and never disappointed.

Just sat in a line full of people at 8:45-9:00am and the store is actually closed. Lol, who decided to open this this store? Poorly run since it opened, no staff, have never opened diner for public use in 2021. All Martins should be ashamed to have this facility with their name on it. I have attempted over and over to give them business and this is daily with them.
