Bad experience tonight. My brother went in to pick up our phoned in pizza and was told it wasn’t there. I called and spoke with the same person I ordered with and she repeated to me the order placed earlier. I said so it’s there then? Yes she said. My brother went back , no pizza. Everyone in there was very inexperienced and acted like they didn’t have a care in the world. No manager or lead person was available.I guess we’re done with Marcos.
Fifth order. Over-promises, under-deliversThe pizza is good.The order accuracy needs improvement.The service desperately needs leadership.The streamlined process.....is non-existant.I know, I know,...pizza places are usually staffed by teens/twenties, and all the kids are nice. BUT they are frustrated, because they are overwhelmed by the FREAKING HORRIBLE app/ordering system, and lack an experienced leader that can deal with the MANY problems that arise.In short. I order 2 pizzas,carryout, Friday @6:55 pm, the app said the order would be done at 7:06pm. I didn't actually believe it....but then the APP ORDER TRACKING said the order was "ready for pickup" at 7:06pm. Sweet (so I thought)... I went to the store....and the lobby had about 10 people in it that obviously had been waiting.... Oh yay!Finally at 7:48pm I get 2 pizzas. The 2-topping has 1 topping, both were short the garlic sauce cups (noticed that when I got home) and crust toppers. The girl, (first day working there) says they can remake it.....LOL, like hell I'd wait around for another pizza to be made!!!Whoever the owner/General/District manager is dropping the ball. The online- ordering system, (which they have to shut down because of order overload) is a total joke for 2022.This location struggles to fulfill the orders and it's the FAULT OF UPPER MANAGEMENT.The app over promises what the store can actually deliver, and that is a cardinal sin of customer service.P.S. there is a Domino's
Never really busy as far as dine in but the carry out and drive thru have consistent traffic flow

I love Marcos, they have the best pizza and it is always fresh and hot, they don’t skimp on toppings, and the employees are very polite and friendly. The delivery people are very considerate and respectful, I just can’t praise them enough
If I had to choose my top three favorite pizza restaurants. Most definitely Marco's would be on that listNot just because their pizza is always hot and fresh. But their GM (Trevor Duncan ) knows what it takes to make sure his customers are satisfied.I was really impressed that the lining in my pizza box , had barely any oil on it. That's another reason why I love Marco's pizza. ??
Food quality is usually good, and delivery not late, but the website is so NOT user friendly we rarely order from them.
When Marcos stores first came to paulding county they were far ahead of every other pizza delivery chain. That lasted a decent amount of time but once the decline started it continued to build downhill speed. Now they have gone into the abyss. Food is no where near original quality and the service is horrible. Their employees have become just outright rude and nobody seems to care. Tonight we were told the east paulding location no longer does deliveries well before closing. Not just tonight but they never will againTheir page and website says they deliver. In my opinion they have gone from first to less than worse. It's bad when your even outclassed by a lil roman guy. $5 pizza.Honestly I told what I had to say in the review. If you wanted to make it right you just had your chance. Redirecting people to a site to fill out another form is not the best response. If you really want to make it right. Contact me. My information is in your system. Address the problem. It's not my job to fix your business. It's my job to spend my hard earned money wisely someplace you will give good service for a good product.
I order from this Marcos alot and they have always been good. I'm not even a Karen or someone who usally complains. I ordered a delivery rather close to closing time around 9.. I've been in the industry so I realize the frustration behind late night orders however I compensated with a ten dollar tip. I've never had a problem with this Marcos but I got my Calzone delivered and there's just no way it wasn't blatantly tossed in lemon pepper seasoning. My Calzone was covered in so much lemon pepper seasoning to the point it wasnt edible. It was obviously done on purpose because I don't see any reason a Calzone would be accidently coated with lemon pepper seasoning. Here's to my Lemon pepper coated Calzone. Cheers.
The food was excellent. Highly recommend the magnifico. Our order got messed up so I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make it.
