Entered when there were no customers, ordered some Crazy Bread. Told 5 minutes. It took them 20 minutes and me complaining for them to get me my food, after 5 other customers walked in, ordered, and received their food in that time (multiple orders had Crazy Bread). No apology, just a "Here" and an unceremonious hand-off of my food. Would not recommend this location.
This place has always lacked consistency. Employees come and go like changing socks and the ones that work there arent great. Today takes the cake, I ordered an extra most best pizza with light sauce and was handed a classic. EMBs are supposed to have 55 pepperonis and extra cheese, this one had 40 pepperonis and regular amount of cheese, but they got the light sauce right. Box wasnt folded on one corner and the guy at the counter couldnt count 7 dollars 4 times in a row, said I owed him another dollar every time even though I gave him 7.25 for a pizza that, after taxes, was 7.01. Wouldn't recommend this little caesars to anyone, even for convienence.
My pizza is always great for the price here, but they both had to much pizza sauce last Friday
I was disappointed in the fact that our pizza seem like it had been sitting there for quite a while when they gave it to us I mean I like the past service but I don't like 3 hour old Pizza
Ordered through Little Caesars app, delivered 1 of 2 pizza, doordash drivers stated "that is ll the gave him" asked him to go get the rest of my order, he stated no. I could take the tip off his delivery. Called the store, asked the girl that answered could they send the rest of my order to my house and they stated they dont deliver. She got her manager on Andre, Andre sucks!! Andre told me that "once the order leaves the store it is not his problem". What kind customer service is this? I mean I know this is low cost pizza but come on, they could have at least said if you come up here we can provide you with a pizza. I will be doing my best to stay away from this location. I would recommend Dominos or Marcos for now on!!!!
Price was good but I waited for AN HOUR for a half cheese stick half pepperoni pizza. Multiple people that ordered after me got there food sooner. I had to drive 15 min to and from. Not worth it, workers attention to mobile more than the walk-in even if the walk-ins ordered first. Won't ever go on a Sunday again.
Walked in today to grab a pizza for my husband and the man in front of me asked if they still did the Veterans Day special. The cashier laughed at him and said no. It wasn't I'm sorry but no, but am out right laugh followed by no. The vet then said ok I was just checking bc y'all used to do one. The guy goes to wasn't at this location our manager and owner would never allow that. It's one thing to say you don't have one but the outright disrespect is something else. Will not be giving them my money.
Terrible customer service!! I understand being short staffed but who isn’t really, still doesn’t give an excuse to not acknowledging customers over 15minutes m.
1. Order pizza don’t know if they gave it to the DoorDasher or not2. Not answering their phones3.Never got our pizza
What a waste of money! If you want pizza that is under cooked and not cut into slices this might be the place you’re looking for. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.
