I ordered a cheese pizza at 8:07pm Saturday… nothing was ready to go when I ordered. I was waiting for one to be cooked. 30mins went by and I was told it was in the oven, 15mins go by no one knows where my pizza is. PLENTY of other people are waiting for there pizza or walking out with pizza, there were a few people waiting in the store for their pizza also. It was almost an hour and then I asked for the manager, she asked me to hold on trying to get orders out. The girl working the front tried to give me a old pizza and it was well over done. Then two employees started arguing and cussing in front of customers and not caring what was said, I was literally there for over an hour just getting a cheese pizza. Shouldn’t have to wait that long or to listen to employees cussing at each other.
This store is AWFUL. Over an hour for pizza EVERY time I go there. The staff always have attitudes and at this point Id rather spend the extra money elsewhere.
So, I know it’s little Caesar’s and no one really has high expectation for them but I went in at about 9:40 and asked for my Pizza’s to be made fresh but she instantly looked annoyed and I was scared they would do something to my pizza so I said I would just take the already made ones.She hands me to and one of them is this weird thin crust pizza and IT WASN’T EVEN CUT. Like, what? Lol
This location was great up until about 2 years ago, now every time I go we are disappointed. Don't waste your time and money. Go to the one in Hiram, you can taste the difference.
Every year we have a Christmas party for the kids at a local elementary school. It's a little early. 11 am. Little Caesars Never let's us down. 10 ??????????..
Bad , careless customer service. Not welcoming, prideful . Only gave 3 stars cause food is okay

I absolutely refuse to go to this little Caesars. From the staff, the disgusting pizza and the management that doesn't bother to return calls ALL BAD!

I'm giving 4 stars because Little Caesars is a personal favorite place of mine. Mostly because I love just saying Hot n' Ready nonstop if somebody questions why I'm eating it. However, the pizza was hot but it was not ready when I visited and had to wait for a pizza. Still good pizza though
