I went through the drive-thru at this place on 5/30/22 around 7:00pm. The service was TERRIBLE! the lady cut me off and told me to pull forward before I was finished ordering. They had no regular fried chicken...only extra crispy. They boy/man at the window was hateful. They forgot my mashed potatoes, so I backed up and had to blow my horn 2 times for him to come back to the window. He said absolutely nothing and just handed me my potatoes without putting them in a bag. I will not be going here anytime soon!
The chicken was pretty good, the Cole slaw didn't taste good, the mashed potatoes were hard like they were old and there were chunks of the potatoes that were not mixed well when they made them and we bought 3 extra potatoes and gravy and had to throw all of them away cuz all of them were bad, and the biscuits were hard. So we spent around $80 & the only thing that could be eaten was the chicken so I was not very happy!
Ordered 5 piece tender box with two sides a drink and two dipping sauces, also a pot pie meal. When I got there she tells me the problem is there are no pot pies so I asked if she can switch it out for a large potato and gravy she does. I wait 45 minutes. Get home and it’s like a small size of potato and a bunch of gravy see photos below. I also did not get any dipping sauces and the tenders are soggy. Taste is good but it’s annoying to spend $16 for that. Next time I’ll go to Cindy’s kitchen down the street for delicious hot and crispy chicken!
Need to step it up. I lived near the one in Marietta growing up. No yea, no pot pies.
I went to KFC to try the Beyond Fried Chicken but they don't have it available yet. Hopefully, it will be available soon. All other items were available on the menu. They serve Mt. Dew Sweet Lightning which had a peachy mango flavor. This KFC is not open for dine in. The dining area is only open for pick ups.
Never will I go back here. I just sent $35 on an eight piece meal. The mash potatoes and mac n cheese won't even feed 2 of us. They need to do better when ppl are ordering a meal. I want my money back.
Found a bone in my chicken pot pie and I have been trying to call them to speak with the Manager but no one will pick up the phone. This is not any way to run a store. I give them a 0 for there review .
I was rushed through the drive through, wasn't given a total. I ordered the 2pc breast and wing combo with green beans instead of mashed potatoes and an extra side of coleslaw, and a water bottle. I received a thigh and a leg (I don't like dark meat) and was given mashed potatoes anyway. The only thing they got right was the slaw and the bottled water. I wasn't even given a receipt in the bag. I am diabetic so I couldn't eat most of what I was given. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to go anywhere else to get food. Highly disappointed. ?
Went inside to place a to go order and was told they don't take to go orders inside, what?? Got in the drive through and ordered and guess what got home to find out the order was wrong again. We got our gravy but no mashed potatoes. They have lost another customer.
I work in Dallas and live in Cartersville, 20 minutes away. Went by the Dallas store and ordered dinner, only to get home and find that they left out one of my sides. Tried to call, but no one would answer the phone and all the so called manager said "I'm so sorry, I will give you a Mac and cheese." No you didn't, I PAID FOR THAT!!!! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!
