I am visiting from out of state. I came two days in a row for coffee and requested oat milk. The first visit I left and realized my iced carmela drink had regular milk. I didn't return because of long wait. I let the person with the tablet know that I can't have regular milk because I'm very allergic...thought for sure my oat milk selection would not be a mixup but it was made with regular milk again. We waited longer in the drive through today, so I wasn't going back. My son had the cookies and cream and loved it. The employee at the drive through said they were short staffed and apologized for our wait. Very understandable! But the mixup is not, especially with people that have significant dairy allergies. Your business will eventually pay the price when someone has an emergency medical problem because of the mishandled order. I threw out today's drink and disappointed that I tipped your establishment as well.
Every time I go to Ellianos (which is a lot) the customer service is on point and the coffee hits the spot!! Keep rockin on!
Saturday morning was all off track, woke up late and was running late to my appointment. I decided to stop to get coffee, after I placed my order I realized I had left my wallet at home. The young man that helped me said dont worry about it I got you, I was so embarrassed I started looking for money in my car, I found $2 which insisted on putting in the tip jar. As we argued (with love) about me returning to reimburse his kind offer I left the store (with great cup of coffee in hand). I drove home quickly calling all my girlfriends telling them about this youngs man's kindness. When I showed back up we argued again with love, but I made sure his kind gesture didn't go unknown and blessed him with a great tip. Im usually a Starbucks girl but this young man has made me a loyal Ellianos Coffee customer. Thank you for making a tough morning a blessed day!!!! Your awesome!!!
We go pretty often and I really enjoy their breakfast crossiant with tropical green tea. Staff is friendly and food is usually hot and overall better than many of the other fast food offerings within the general area in my opinion.
Absolute best coffee, best iced coffee for sure. Everywhere else is watery. Staff has always been the best customer service.
It was ok. The coffee had grounds in it and tasted like it was watered down. The staff was really great though. And it's usually pretty good.
I've been coming here for 3 years or since they first open, basically. I tip everytime and the coffee and food and service is always great! Today I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches for my children and a coffee for myself. When I got to the window I realized that my 2-year-old had been playing with my wallet and took my card out. I only had enough cash in my wallet for the coffee, so I told them if they could take off the breakfast sandwiches and I apologized. They ended up giving me the sandwiches for free and taking the cash that I had on hand. That was truly amazing. Pay it forward! What a great company! I love them and will always support them.
Some of the best coffee around! My coworker visits daily and I do when I can, but definitely, if you haven't gone, go. They are soo good!
Almost a year later and this place is a gem near Hiram. If you haven't had their breakfast bowl yet, it's worth it. It definitely fills a multitude of morning cravings between the grits, cheese, egg and choice of protein. I have always received great customer service, but do remember that we are all imperfect so we may have a bad day here and there.
The strawberry smoothie and dark mocha drink were FANTASTIC! The breakfast sandwich, however, was cold. Also the workers handle your food with their bare hands. ?
