We ordered from this one on Villa Rica Hwy 2 miles south of where we live and it was terrible. We ordered on line for dinner and our pizza was done at 7PM but after 3 calls and being hung up on we got through to find out it was still there at the store and we did not receive it until 9 PM. Both pizzas were cold, and a mixture of wrong sauce/crust and topping. We did get our money back but at 9PM what is a consumer to do? We took it as a bad night and gave a 2nd chance 2 weeks later. To be continued. We love our dominoes in New Hope GA but we moved away. Always perfect and delivered in about 45 minutes.

Honestly, it's hit or miss with this store. The drivers are great, the 'management' leaves a LOT to be desired. Roll the dice... food could be on time, could be two hrs late, could just not come, and I only live a mile and a half away.
Terrible experience from start to finish.1. We ordered online and was given a delivery window of 61-71 minutes, but we received our delivery almost 100 minutes later.2. I selected the option to have my pizza handed to me and even included a tip with my order. The delivery person, Mackenzie, put my pizza on the ground, rang the doorbell and walked away (My doorbell camera captured this).3. I called the store to speak with someone about my dissatisfaction with my delivery and an employee named Devon answered. He answered very unprofessionally as if it was his personal phone.4. I asked for a manager and a female employee came on the line without introducing herself. All she said was “hello”. When I asked if she was the manager she said “yeah, why?” So unprofessional! Before hanging up I asked for her name, she said Jessica.5. Our pizza was cold when it finally arrived.
What has happened to this Dominos!!Walked in and ordered., When the pizza was out of the oven, girl, that boxed the pizza noticed there was no cheese on the pizza, and told the manager w/ tattoo s on her arms( name unknown), she said nothing.. boxed the pizza up, and handed to me.Had to bring it to there attention, to wait 15 more mins for correctly made order!Dominos Corporate please, if you care contact t me on this issue!!
The worst location ever for ordering food they took over 2 hours for my food to arrive and every time I called to check on my food they tell me something different other then that my food arrived too cold to eat. DON'T even think about ordering food from here if u r hungry
Domino's makes a great philly cheese steak sandwich, when it is prepared right. I have went 3 different times to get a good philly cheese sandwich at this particular domino's bc its so close to my home.The first time I had 2 phillys delivered to me 1.5 miles away from the store. I put my order in at 6:03pm , it wasn't delivered til 7:33pm and it was cold and hard. So one night I was craving domino's delicious philly sandwich again. This time I went in to order and waited. When I got it home and opened the box, there was 1 semi long green pepper, maybe 2 small onions and no mushrooms...several months later I decided to give this store one more chance. I stop in order my philly cheese steak sandwich, I check it before I leave the store. Looks good so far but when I get home and take a bite, it had such a strong salty taste, I couldn't eat it. Again I wasted my money. I have called the store each time with these problems but I never get anyone to answer. So I wil never order from this domino's store again nor do I recommend it.
This will be my last time ordering Dominos. Every time I have ordered from this location it has taken over an hour for the food to arrive. And I would also say half the time the orders are wrong. They have always been minor issues with the orders. However, tonight I ordered food at 5:57. It arrived at 7:15. One item ordered was a Large ultimate pepperoni pizza with bacon. When I went to open it up for dinner we found out our ultimate pepperoni was missing all the bacon. I tried filing a claim and you can receive 60 points or take 20% off of your next purchase. The 60 points doesn’t cover the cost of a large pizza, and the 20% wouldn’t either. I tried calling the store only to stay on hold for over 20 minutes without receiving an answer. I would advise everyone to look elsewhere if you’re hungry and want your food that night.
The ABSOLUTE WORST dominos I’ve Ever had! If negative stars was a thing, that’s what I’ll give them! I Placed my order at 8:30 called back around 10:00pm to get an ETA and was told that it had just left the store so it should arrive in 15 mins. 10:30pm rolls around and I still haven’t received my order (so I thought) I spoke to Eliza and she informed me that the General Manager delivered my order over an hour ago! When asked why he didn’t knock or ring the doorbell, I was told that they got in trouble for ringing/ knocking so they don’t do it anymore. My pizza was Freezing Cold and not appetizing at all! I will NEVER order from them again!
