I placed an order on 1/26 and a week prior to pick up my order via the pickup window. I select this location due to their pickup window. But it's not being manned. Each visit I waited 10 mins for someone to come. The last visit I went inside and made them aware myself and someone else was waiting. She seemed surprised and clueless we were there.
Pizzas are always inconsistent - unless you consider how consistently they never top your pizzas with an even close to normal amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. You're literally buying crooked breads that look half eaten. I've received much worse than this photo. At least this pizza had toppings.
I always enjoy domino's food. They tend to have some of the best tasting pizzas around and very customizable. My major concern I have with this particular location is wait times. The last couple times I have ordered, I had to wait more than 45 minutes to receive my food. For a delivery I can expect times like that. But ordering at 830 on a Thursday night, the dinner rush has slowed down and there was no reason for a long delay. Overall great food but wait times need to come down.
Placed a order online. About 20 mins after placing order I was called and told they could not fulfill order because they were out of product. When I asked why wait so long to notify me the lady got a attitude. I asked for the GMs name and her attitude got worse. When I asked what her name was, she snapped and said she did not have to disclose that info. People who are not happy with their jobs should really find something else to do. Customer service there is just pitiful.
For years we did NOT eat Domino's...not sure why just other choices in our area I guess. We moved to Dallas, GA in March 2020 and choices in this area are limited. So we began ordering from Domino's and I am SO GLAD we did. The pizza is always so hot and fresh with generous toppings and SUPER fast delivery. The drivers are so nice and they NEVER complain about our very long and slightly inclined driveway. Thank you for excellent service and a delicious product.
Is it acceptable when you order a pizza at 6:35pm and not receive it until 7:43pm? I understand being understaffed but if you can’t handle the general public close your doors until you are properly staffed or better yet have something on your website/app that lets you know there will be excessive wait times before you order. I won’t be frequenting this location for awhile.
Quality checked ay 7:35. Received order at 8:05. Ordered a medium pizza and buffalo chicken bites ... I have ordered the bites in the past and they looked MUCH better than this. They were cold and random little pieces of chicken. Hardly any buffalo sauce. Quality and quantity was not acceptable even for 5.99.
Ordered two pizzas and a sandwich from this location. Food arrived to my house cold 45 minutes after being 'quality checked'. My husband returned the food to the store immediately and they asked him what was wrong with it after he explained that it was delivered cold as though he would waste time and gas just for fun. Customer service is less than poor and the employees have no clue of how bad the food and service has become. Note to owner: please do better with your staff or they will ruin you.
Trash. Didn't answer for an hour about an order with a wrong address. 12:30 and they close at 1 and they refused to answer their phones. Charged my friend but said there was no order when email confirmation said it was ordered from there.
Normally these guys do a great job this time was not as good. Waited at the window at least 5 min. had to run over the bell again. They were nice but now out pizza was kinda cold when we got it home and didn't get any sauce for the bread twist. Had to reheat the pizza.
