DO NOT take a toddler in there who is potty training because if the toddler has an accident on their floor the manager will not even approach you but he WILL go outside and call the POLICE!!! We did not even know this happened until after we were sitting in a booth eating ice cream and a worker came over and told us. She had cleaner in her hand so we assumed she had already cleaned it up. We cleaned the child up, wiped down the booth, apologized to the workers, and left only to go outside and find the manager on the phone with the police and telling us we were TRESPASSING but he also said we couldn’t leave!! WHAT!??? This man never approached us with anything!!! Dairy Queen NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!! Went to get an ice cream birthday cake, only to find the doors locked with a sign saying, well you know by now what the sign said. So, I ended up buying the smallest cake they had after hearing it "described" in the drive-thru! I would have sprung for a much bigger and more expensive cake had I been able to SEE them, but decided to punish them with the minimum possible cake purchase since they can't devote 1 person to the lobby orders! Won't go back until lobby is open!
The food was horrible. I ordered the new A1 burger and it was dry and had no flavor aside from the huge drop of A1 sauce. The fries weren't even warm. I also ordered 2 chili and slaw dogs that were so bad I ended up throwing them away with the burger. A complete waste of 26 dollars!
ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TOO LEAVE AT LEAST ONE TO POST REVIEW. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST DAIRY QUEEN'S, THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE NAME. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHY IS THE INSIDE STILL CLOSED? I'VE SEEN PLENTY OF EMPLOYEES SO THAT IS NOT A TRUTHFUL REASON. WHY DO WE NEED A DRIVE THROUGH ONLY DINNER AROUND HERE? IF THEY DON'T WANT TO OPEN THEIR DOORS FOR OUR COMMUNITY THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN OUR COMMUNITY.
Used a coupon that was buy a blizzard and get one of same or lesser value for 99 cents. I ordered 2 smalls and one mini blizzard. The coupon took the mini off and not one of the smalls. I feel I should have gotten the coupon off one of the smalls. A mini is 2.89 and a small is 4.69. It's the principle of the thing. Next time will have 2 orders so coupon will work fairly.
Poor customer service.. whoever the young lady is working the drive thru right now 2/22/22 around 7 p.m was super rude.. tried to order 2 different things that I’ve ordered there SEVERAL TIMES & was told she can’t do that…. A vanilla milkshake with sprinkles? Really… she should be fired.
Went thru the drive thru took a little longer than I expected. I just ordered 2 drinks shouldn't have taken 7 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me.
Poor management. Missing an entire meal from a very large order that we placed and drove 20 minutes back to pick it up. Manager didn't believe me and I ended up paying for that order plus another meal that I ordered to make the trip worth it. I showed him the receipt but he wanted to see the food. Why would a customer need to drive all the way home and unload a large family's meal just to pack it all up again to "prove" that one of the meals is missing? I don't leave negative reviews but this was an extremely irritating experience.
I love DQ's burgers. Of course the ice cream treats are the best.
Not impressed with the food we ordered in the drive thru. Food was not even packaged in any DQ. Both orders were missing bread. Fries were cold and stale. My kids did not want the sundae so I requested a card for later use and this location does not offer this option. Disappointed with the service and food considering the price increase.
